C3 You Don't Know the Immensity of Heaven and Earth!

The man’s newspaper was wrinkled, and his handsome face was filled with shock and annoyance. Slowly, these emotions mixed together on his expressionless face.

“You want to marry my grandfather?”

Nathan's chest was filled with uncontrollable anger when he asked this question.

“Yes, I want to marry your grandfather.”

His answer was firm and resolute.

Suddenly, the man who had been sitting upright stood up. His height was more than 180 centimeters, and he gave off an invisible pressure. Not to mention his gloomy expression.

“Rosie, say it again!”

Nathan scolded her angrily.

She subconsciously retreated until her calf touched the coffee table. She looked up at him and mustered her courage to say, “You heard me right, I want to marry your grandfather and become the mistress of the Garner family. I want to be an elder that you and Rachel can’t look at.”

“...”

The water on her skirt dripped down her calf and into her shoes. Even in the warm room, she was trembling from the cold, and her face was as pale as a piece of paper.

Her wet dress stuck to her body, revealing her beautiful curves. Her white skin was soaked through the rain, and there was no makeup on it. It was transparent and bleak, like a cat that had fallen into the water, but it was so beautiful that it was heart-stopping.

Even though he had been provoked, the first thought that flashed through Nathan's mind was that this woman was really white.

Furthermore, what did she just say? She wanted to become an elder that both he and Rachel could not look straight at?

A low laugh escaped from his throat. His anger dissipated and he looked at her with a faint smile, "Rosie, you want to marry into the Garner family just like that? You don't even hesitate to be my grandmother?"

She didn't understand why he was laughing, or rather, she had never been able to see through this complicated man.

"You are ten years older than me, and your grandfather is dozens of years older than me. Both of them are older than me, so why don't you marry your grandfather directly? No matter if it's you or Rachel, when you see me in the future, you will have to call me grandma obediently."

She actually despised him for being old. A trace of anger that was suppressed by Nathan burst out from his chest, and he felt inexplicably irritated.

"Are you serious?"

"My relationship with you is not enough for me to make such a big joke."

Nathan's gaze swept across her fair face and landed on the suitcase in her hand. "Since you're not joking, return your mother's ashes to the family. You can do whatever you want when you return to the family."

"What right do you have to order me around?"

He was still scolding her like a child!

This was her mother's ashes. Why would she return it to the Harrisington family? No matter what, she would never let her mother have anything to do with Warren.

"Rosie, you are already twenty years old, not ten years old. Don't you know that stealing Mrs. Harrington's ashes will make your father and the entire Harrisington Group lose face?"

When Nathan came back from the funeral, the house was already in a mess. The ashes were stolen during the funeral. Who would believe that? The house could not be aired. Warren could only call the police and push the funeral back.

He was humiliating the Harrisington family!

Heh.

"I know." Rosie smiled playfully. "What if you don't know why I did this?"

Nathan looked at her and didn't know what to say. He didn't want to argue with her anymore, so he reached out and took the suitcase from her hand.

"What are you doing?"

Rosie glared at him angrily and reached out to grab it.

Nathan couldn't do anything to her, so he grabbed her wrist and opened the luggage's zipper. A white porcelain jar appeared in front of him. It was Mrs. Harrington's ashes.

"Nathan, let go of me. I won't let you touch my mother. Let go..."

"If you struggle, don't blame me if the ashes are broken."

She stopped struggling.

He closed the zipper and let her go. There was still a soft touch in his palm. "I'll send you home."

As he spoke, he held the suitcase with one hand and pulled her by the arm towards the door.

This girl was really audacious. She actually dared to steal Mrs. Harrington's ashes from the funeral.
