C28 Benjamin's Dream

Although the bell indicating the end of class rang, none of the gathered students had any intention of leaving.

Rollins had to put in a great deal of effort just to escape from the enthusiastic crowd.

However, not long after he left the crowd, he was suddenly stopped by William.

According to William, he planned to discuss some basketball techniques with Rollins after school.

However, Rollins understood the implications of his request. Taking a simple basketball shot himself would not pose many issues since he had the ability to throw and shoot at a proficient level.

If he were to be discussed with a professional teacher, on the other hand, he would be caught red-handed in his act immediately.

Therefore, Rollins politely rejected the William's passionate request and returned to the classroom.

The afternoon passed by in peace.

However, the students of Class 18 seemed changed their opinions of Rollins after the incident during PE class — their gazes towards him increased into that of pure respect.

Especially the girls in the class, they kept sending him signals in rather discreet manners.

In between classes, the excuse that the girls used to come find Rollins also changed from consulting about their studies to discussing about basketball.

Despite their desperate attempts, Persia acted like a fierce little tiger and swatted those flies away from Rollins.

She simply gave them the simple reason that Rollins had to focus on preparing himself for the upcoming Junior Junior Martinrtinth competition in a month's time. Thus, they should not disturb him from his studies.

Although Rollins did not value the Junior Junior Martinrtinth competition that much, he was nevertheless thankful to Persia for creating a peaceful atmosphere around him.

Doing so has also favored her in certain ways. After school, when Persia asked Rollins to go home with her, he would not refuse her request — taking advantage of her close relationship with him.

Just as the two of them carried their bags and walked to the corridor, a rather urgent shout sounded from behind them: "Rollins! Wait for me!"

Rollins and Persia showed a troubled expression at the same time.

Those pesky girls were easy to deal with, but this person chasing after them was like irritating as a mosquito. No matter how much they tried, he would not stop bothering them.

A plump body squeezed itself out of the back door of the classroom with great difficulty.

It was Ben Benjamin — the person who possessed the infamous "Book of Beauties."

Other than staring at beauties, his other hobby consisted of reading mangas.

Until today, Rollins did not know that Benjamin not only liked to read mangas but also aspired to become a manga artist.

Furthermore, Benjamin has been pestering Rollins ever since he saw Rollins's brilliant shooting performance on the basketball court.

The reason was because he planned to use Rollins as a reference to create and draw a comic about basketball.

"Ben, I'm starting to feel terrified of you."

Looking at Benjamin's pitiful, dog-like eyes, he shook his head and said with a wry smile, "Fine... Just draw whatever you want."

"Nice!" Benjamin shouted excitedly.

Just as he was about to say something to Rollins, his eyes darted directly behind Rollins, as if his soul was being sucked out of his body.

Aside from him, Rollins also noticed that the other guys in the corridor also wore similar expressions.

Hm? Was there something behind him?

Rollins turned his head and was also dumbfounded.

Then, a smile appeared on his face.

Natalia's face remained calm as she walked along the corridor. Her body felt light as her actions seemed graceful, resembling that of a white lotus floating in the middle of a lake.

Benjamin suddenly became excited when he saw Natalia walking towards him.

"What's her name?" Rollins asked Benjamin.

Benjamin's eyes gawked wide open as he said in disbelief, "You don't even know Natalia from Class 2-3?"

"She's known as the Legendary Goddess of Ice!"

"Several magazines have offered her a job as a model, yet she rejected every single of them without hesitation!"

"The existence of such a goddess is easily ranked in the top ten of the 'Hursel Beauty Rankings!'"

"You actually don't know who she is, you uncultured swine?!"

Benjamin's face boiled with rage as if Rollins had done something truly unforgivable.
