Watching Rose storm away, I decided not to go after her. I would talk to her later but I had something very important to handle first. My eyes tracked her movements as she made her way to the stairs and disappeared.I still didn't understand why she was angry. Everything I did was to protect her, yet it only pissed her off. She was supposed to be thanking me.
