C5 It Was Clearly Carved out of the Same Mold!!

Soong Ruanruan soothed her daughter and quickly noticed that something was off with the boy.

Having studied medicine abroad for several years, she had delved into some psychological issues as well.

This boy...

His head hung low, lips bitten tightly, his forehead beaded with sweat, and his small hands clenched his clothes.

And...

He looked so familiar.

A sudden pang of pain hit Soong Ruanruan's heart. She released Soong Le'ann and approached the boy, crouching beside him, she gently touched his cheek, soothingly saying, "It's okay, sweetheart."

Her voice was incredibly soft, her fingertips warm, sparking an overwhelming sense of reliance in Fu Sui. He slowly lifted his gaze to meet hers.

Her eyes carried a tender smile as she softly stroked Fu Sui's head.

Soong Le'ann dug through her little bag and triumphantly produced a piece of soft candy. She pried open Fu Sui's hand and placed the candy in his palm, her eyes sparkling with laughter as she sweetly said, "Little brother, are you feeling unwell? Don't worry, I get sick sometimes too, but a piece of candy always makes it better!"

Fu Sui's lips quivered slightly, as if he was trying to mutter a thank you.

Soong Ruanruan smiled, yet inside, she felt an inexplicable discomfort, looking at the little boy with an unstoppable sense of compassion.

Soong Le'ann pulled out her camera from her bag, wrapped her arms around Fu Sui's arm with a beaming smile, and softly asked, "Little brother, shall we take a photo together?"

Fu Sui, with an impassive face and somewhat vacant eyes, wasn't accustomed to such close contact with others and instinctively tried to pull away. However, faced with the little girl's soft, pleading face, he miraculously consented to her clinging to him.

"Mam, can you take our picture?" Soong Le'ann asked.

Soong Ruanruan agreed with a smile, took the camera, and snapped a couple of photos of them.

Soong Le'ann examined one photo closely, waved it in the air to dry, then handed it to Fu Sui with her voice sweet and mellow, "Little brother, we can each have one!"

Fu Sui remained silent, yet he accepted the photo and gazed at it intently for quite some time.

Just as Soong Ruanruan was about to inquire about the little one's parents, her phone began to ring.

"Hello, Mr. Yu? Oh, you've arrived? We'll come out right away." After ending the call, Soong Ruanruan intended to escort Fu Sui to the radio room to help search for his parents. However, to her surprise, he seemed quite upset at the notion of them leaving. No matter what she said, he simply wouldn't consent.

Left with no other option, Soong Ruanruan picked him up and handed him over to the ground crew.

"Little guy, see you later," she said, gently patting his head and waving goodbye.

A flicker of melancholy passed through Fu Sui's eyes as he turned away, remaining mute.

Not wanting to keep Ji Yu waiting outside too long, Soong Ruanruan departed with Soong Le'ann.

The little girl, Soong Le'ann, bid him a sorrowful farewell, "Little brother, we have to go now."

The ground crew member observed Fu Sui for a while before the penny dropped, and he recognized the child before him, nearly losing his composure in shock.

This was none other than Young Master Fu!

After making his report, the ground crew member watched over Fu Sui with even greater vigilance, anxious to prevent any mishaps on his watch.

Before long, Fu Jingchuan arrived.

The man stood tall, his stature commanding, dressed in a bespoke suit that screamed luxury. Sunglasses masked his face, adding to his aura of unapproachability.

He seemed to radiate light, his presence exuding an air of undeniable nobility.

In that moment, his brow was furrowed, his lips pressed into a thin line. Only after confirming his son was unharmed did his expression soften.

Upon seeing his father, Fu Sui instinctively concealed the photo.

Once on the plane, Fu Jingchuan noticed his son seemed distracted, lost in thought. He found it odd but refrained from prying.

As the boy's head began to droop with sleepiness, he summoned a flight attendant and requested a blanket, draping it gently over Fu Sui. He then noticed that the exhausted child was clutching something tightly in his hand.

He gently pulled out the item and discovered it was merely a photograph.

Yet, as his gaze casually fell upon the figure in the photo, his eyes tightened.

He pushed down the surge of shock and suspicion within him.

The girl posing with Fu Sui bore a face strikingly familiar to him.

Fu Jingchuan's eyes narrowed subtly.

That familiar visage was unmistakably cast in the same mold as Soong Ruanruan's!
