I was awoken by the consecutive knocks on my bedroom.

I stood up, groaning.

I felt like I just closed my eyes for a minute. I didn't get enough sleep last night thinking about my whole situation.

Funny how I was able to stay here for quite a long time already and was just bothered about these changes last night
