C2 Changing Deborah's room

I sat on the floor in my room thinking of what happened during the day.

"I killed my sister. I killed Diana." I said crying as I remembered how I killed my sister.

I laid on my bed and closed my eyes wishing that I could sleep.

Minutes later I slept moving to the dream land.

' ' Hi Mama.' I greeted a woman who was soaked in blood in my dream.

' Sophia come closer.' The woman said and I walked closer to her.

I had tears in my face.

I moved closer to the woman and I saw her face change to a beautiful face. She was so beautiful and I became amazed as to how her beauty shined.

I face down not knowing how to face the woman then I heard Diana scream just as she screamed when I tore her skin open.'

I woke up shaking immediately. I used my eyes to scan my room in search of Diana's spirit. I was so afraid.

It was still afternoon so I stood up from my bed to go outside but I was so scared to go out because of what I just did to my sister Diana.

Why was she so rude. If she wasn't rude, she wouldn't be dead by now. How I killed her was what I didn't understand.

I am a girl who doesn't fear but I can't kill even an animal but now I killed a human.

Tears start dropping down my face as I remembered this.

I slowly open my room door and silently go out.

I am thirsty for water.

I silently run to the kitchen and look around to see if anyone is coming.

I felt satisfied that no one was near as I rush to the tap and turn it on, I drank some water from it using a small cup.

Satisfied with the water I drank, I slowly turn back to walk out of the kitchen and saw my elder sister Deborah standing at the door side with her hands folded.

I closed my eyes as she walked to me.

"Mum wants to see you." Deborah said to me.

I closed my eyes again and she held me.

"Make it quick." She said to me and left the kitchen.

I opened my eyes slightly and adjusted my posture.

I walked to the sitting room where I can see Mum and Rose.

Rose moves backward immediately she sees me.

"Mum you called for me." I said boldly.

"Yes I did." Mum said. "Have your sit."

She pointed to a sofa opposite her.

Mum held Rose close to her.

I had my sit on the sofa and Rose look into my eyes before running into her room.

Mum adjusted her sitting position and looked at me.

"Mom I am sorry." I said to my Mom with boldness.

"Sophia!" Mum called.

"Yes Mum." I said.

"You have never done this before." Mum said pointing to me and I could see tears welling up her face.

"I don't want this to happen again." She said sniffing.

"Yes Mum." I said to her and then stood up.

Mum looked at me and pointed to the chair I just stood up from.

"I am not done talking to you Sophia so do have your sit." Mum said to me raising her voice.

I sat down back.

"Deborah." Mum called my sister who was sitting at the dinner table.

"Yes Mum." My sister said getting up from the chair she was sitting on.

"Go to Rose room, she needs either of our comfort." Mum said to Deborah as Deborah left to Rose room.

Mum turned to me to talk and then turned to Deborah.

"That will be your room from now on." Mum said and Deborah nodded her head.

We girls stayed were two in a room.

I and Deborah shared a room together while Diana and Rose shared a room together but now that I have killed Diana, Deborah will have to move to Rose room while I will be alone.

Tears flowed down my eyes as none of my sisters will want to associate with me.

Mum faced me and I used my hand to clean the tears that was flowing down my eyes.

"Sophia!!!." My mom called shouting my name then I noticed that I was bringing out mucus from my nose.

"Excuse me." I said to my Mum as I went to the toilet entrance to take some wipes to wipe my mucus.

I returned to where I was sitting after wiping the mucus from my nose and disposing the wipes into the waste bin beside the toilet.

Mum looked at me before speaking.

"Your father and your brother will be coming here tomorrow to discuss on this issue and we want you to be here when we are discussing about it." Mum said.

"Okay." I said feeling weird.

"Hope you will be here by the time we will be discussing?" Mum asked and I looked at her.

"What time?" I asked.

"Six p.m" Mum said.

"I will be here." I said nodding my head.

"Okay you can take your leave." Mum said as I rose up and ran to my room.

I locked my door since Deborah isn't sleeping in my room.

"How will I cope?" I asked myself crying.

I took up Diana's picture from my cupboard and looked at it.

Suddenly I throw her picture on the ground when I look at it.

I held my ear and covered it tight as I remembered the dream I dreamt and I can hear her voice screaming louder than the one I heard in the dream.

I released my ear after some minutes when her scream died down.

I looked at her picture again.

I ran to my bed, sat down, picked a book and started reading.

I felt so sad.

Suddenly my stomach start making sound which means that I am hungry.

I went to the kitchen and filled my plate with some rice which I topped with soup and I set out to the dinning table.

I went back to the kitchen to bring some water.

I ate the rice and drank the water.

I was filled after I finished eating so I went to the kitchen, washed the plate, rinsed the cup then went to my room after placing the plate and cup in their appropriate place.
