I sat in my room weeping as I held my pillow to myself.

Hours later I could hear a knock on my door. I rose to open the door and meet Mom standing outside. Mom looked at me and then smiled.

“Sophia you have to dress up now.” Mom said and I looked at her.

“Go take your bath and then dress up. We would be leaving for the church in some hours' time.” Mom said seeing me look at her.
