Alice’s eyes widened in horror at a mere sight of what she saw. She wanted to say something, but couldn’t, like she lost the ability to talk. All she could do now is to cover her mouth with a palm. So that’s where the smell of candles and decaying flesh was coming from. Then she suddenly remembered seeing something like that in one of those movies, not recalling exactly which one
