C6 Six

Liam

After our conversation, I sat at the bar watching the club as it buzzed with activity, the music was loud and people were dancing to the beat.

I could see a group of ladies standing in the corner gesturing toward me but I didn't pay them any attention, I knew they were a group of my internet wives and I wasn't interested in spending the night with any of them.

If I was being honest, they looked really beautiful but I’d rather spend the night with some other girl, thankfully, Blake made room reservations for all of us.

A guy passed beside me muttering something that sounded like 'proud women', I looked towards where he was coming from, to see who he was talking about when I saw her downing another shot.

All of a sudden there was this weird attraction to her, it was like a magnet and I couldn't resist, I stood up and made my way to sit beside her.

"I don't want to dance, thank you," she said before I could get a word out.

"I don't want to dance either," I said and she nodded.

"That's new, it seems like no one else has any idea what else to do with themselves besides dancing," She said, trying to blow her hair out of her face but with no success.

"What other things are there to do?" I asked curiously.

"Um... thinking?" she said, giggling oddly.

"Is that what you are doing?"

"Yes, thinking, one more shot please," she said but I shook my head at the bartender, she was already very drunk and was still asking for another shot, only heaven knew what she was thinking about.

"So, what are you thinking about?" I asked her, trying to take her mind off the shot she was expecting.

"My sad ass life," she said running her hand through her hair, making her look like she jumped out of the front page of a magazine.

"You are staring, staring is rude," she said making me turn my attention to her eyes which were shocking brown, not like brown eyes aren’t uncommon, but hers looked like they were alive like they had some kind of activity going on in them, her eyes looked just like whiskey.

"You are staring again," she said and I shook my head so I could focus.

"What's your name?" I asked, trying to save face.

"Laura... Laura Davis, not sure if I'm still a Davis because I disowned my parents today," she sounded like a teenager that was having issues with her parents.

"I'm not a teenager, I'm twenty-five," she said making me realize I said that out loud.

I knew I should be returning to where I was sitting to resume my search for a girl to spend the night with but I realized my body didn't want to cooperate, I wanted to continue sitting and listening to her talk to me.

"Where do you live?" I asked and she frowned

"I can't go back there, I disowned those people today," she said, matter-of-factly.

"Why?" I asked, positively intrigued at her words.

"I can't tell you that," she said shaking her head, she stood up and made an attempt to move but she staggered, thankfully I was there to catch her.

"Is there someone I can call?" I asked and I almost bit my tongue after asking, why should I be worried about her?

"What did that man say earlier? Oh yes, he said, this is a club with a lot of VVIPs, only the VVIPs are allowed to bring in phones," she said making a face as she tried to mimic whoever told her that.

"Put her bill on my tab," I told the bartender and she pushed me away gently till I was at arm's length.

"Thank you Mr, It was nice meeting you," she made an awful attempt at curtseying, I had to catch her before she fell.

"Careful," I said and she looked straight into my eyes, I felt like drowning in her whiskey-colored eyes.

"Your eyes are blue," she said like she just made a rare discovery.

"Let me take you somewhere you can rest," I said and she nodded.

I took her to the room Blake prepared for me so that she could rest.

"You shouldn't be in the same room with a stranger," she said removing her heels.

"Really?" I asked, watching her throw the heels in two different directions.

"Yes, it’s in the safety handbook," she said making me laugh.

"What else is in the safety handbook?"

"Um, if a stranger touches you like this, you should scream," she said touching me lightly, she was very close to me at this point, and my body was already reacting to her touch. I knew I should leave because she was drunk and I would never take advantage of a drunk lady, but at that moment I couldn't get my body to cooperate.

"Anything else in this safety handbook I should know about?" I asked taking a step closer.

"If a stranger tries to kiss you, you should scream," she said her eyes fixed on my lips.

"How?" I asked and her eyes met mine, not only did they look like whiskey, but they also had the same intoxicating effect when you stare into them.

She looked skeptical as she moved in closer and her lips met mine in a short, soft kiss, I was dumbfounded, unable to talk, move or reciprocate for a full minute.

"You should be screaming as I do this," she said in a very low voice then she kissed me again, this time a little longer than the first.

"You are not screaming," she whispered, her eyes fixed on lips again.

"Why should I scream again?" I said, forgetting everything else.

"Because I'm doing this," she said kissing me again, this time I met her halfway, my hands already around her waist, and her hands went around my neck.

Her soft breath caressed my face as I deepened the kiss, she was an amateur, I could sense it in the way she kissed me but she tried to match my pace, when I applied pressure on her lower lips she got the message and opened her mouth to let me in.

The kiss got intense, way too intense for me to back off, her hands were in my clothes, I lifted her and she wrapped her legs around me.

She unbuttoned my shirt and helped me pull it off then her hands went back around my neck.

"Love me," she whispered and it almost undid me, I kissed her hard and she moaned against my lips.

I moved to the bed laying her on it gently, she protested and pulled me back down for a kiss, I couldn't help chuckling.

"Patience girl, patience," I said carefully taking off her cloth and then going for her lips again.

"Love me," she whispered against my lips and that undid me, I did just as she said, I loved her body over and over again, I didn't stop at loving her body, I worshipped it too.

I laid beside her recounting memories of what happened between us, memories of her innocent touch that drove me crazy, her sensual and full lips that I almost couldn't stop kissing, her voice like soft music to my ears, and those whiskey eyes that just wouldn’t let me look away, they made me feel drunk and mesmerized.

I propped myself up, on one hand, to stare at her beautiful face, I was taking in her features when I noticed something, there was the sign of dried tears staining her cheek, if she wasn't asleep I would have asked if I hurt her.

I brought the cover-up gently to cover her up when I noticed the red stain on the bed, I jumped out of the bed when I realized what it meant.

"Liam, what have you done?" I asked myself, raking my hand through my hair, she was still sleeping peacefully and I found myself wondering what she would think of me when she woke up.

"She'll probably think you are a monster, a monster who took her virginity while she was drunk," I said to myself.

I saw no use scolding myself so I went to the bathroom to get wet towels, I used them to clean her up then I lay beside her hugging her close to me after concluding that we would talk about it the next morning.

Having reached that conclusion, I slept off dreaming of bright whiskey eyes.
