C21 [wrap It Up]

"Boss, how much does this cost?" Qin Ming inquired.

He was determined to purchase the garment for his sister, Qin Qing. The cost in Spirit Stones was irrelevant; if she was pleased, so was he.

"It's quite reasonable," the shop owner replied with a smile. "For such a lovely young lady, I'm willing to offer a special price."

"How does three hundred mid-grade Spirit Stones sound?"

Qin Qing gasped, "Three hundred mid-grade Spirit Stones?" She had braced herself for a steep price, but this was beyond her wildest expectations.

"Let's not bother. We're not buying it," she decided, heading towards the changing room to remove the dress.

Three hundred mid-grade Spirit Stones was a significant sum, equivalent to half a year's income for the Qin Family.

Qin Ming halted his sister's retreat. "We'll take this dress, and please, select a few more of similar quality to package together."

Her eyes wide with astonishment, Qin Qing asked, "Brother, how do you have so many Spirit Stones?"

"Just wait here; I'll fetch the items for you," the shop owner said, unconcerned about the source of the Spirit Stones—as long as the transaction was completed.

Qin Ming reassured his sister with a confident smile, "I have plenty of Spirit Stones. If it makes you happy, I'd buy the whole of Liu City for you."

"What do you think of this one?" The shop owner presented a pink dress. "This one is two hundred mid-grade Spirit Stones and suits her perfectly."

"Pack it up," Qin Ming directed.

"And this purple one is a good match as well."

"That one, too."

"And this?"

"Pack them all."

Soon, the boutique had no more dresses suitable for Qin Qing.

"Let me tally this up. The total comes to 2,300 mid-grade Spirit Stones, but I'll round it down to 2,000 for you," the shop owner offered, her smile broadening.

Selling these dresses meant she'd need to restock with more high-end merchandise. Today's sales had surpassed the entire previous year's. High-end garments like these were far more lucrative than the shop's standard offerings.

"Here are 2,000 mid-grade Spirit Stones," Qin Ming declared, producing the sum with a simple gesture.

"Storage Equipment!" Both the shop owner and Qin Qing were taken aback.

Such equipment was exceedingly rare; even the Qin Family didn't possess any. Typically, only Martial Cultivators of the Grand Martial Master Stage had such luxuries. And Qin Ming's ring—a compact form of Storage Equipment—was particularly valuable.

The shop owner's demeanor shifted to one of deep respect. "I've received your Spirit Stones. Here are your purchases."

Qin Ming nodded and stowed the dresses into his Storage Equipment.

Once outside the boutique, Qin Qing couldn't contain her curiosity. "Brother, where did you get your Storage Equipment?"

With a touch to his nose, Qin Ming replied, "It was a gift from my master."

"Your master must be incredibly powerful," she remarked, her eyes reflecting her intrigue.

"He is," Qin Ming affirmed, the image of his master surfacing in his thoughts.

He remembered a dark night when their family was decimated by the Zhao Family. His parents had sacrificed themselves to ensure his escape, leaving him to witness their deaths and plunging him into the depths of despair.

Just then, he encountered his mentor.

His mentor bestowed upon him a ray of hope during the darkest time in his life, helping him to persevere.

Without his mentor, there would be no 'Emperor of the Continent' who would later become renowned across the land.

"Master, hold on. I'm coming to get you tonight."
