NALEDI’S POV

I woke up on the wrong side of the bed.

As I prepared for my day, I couldn’t help the unease and outright irritation that lived within me. It seemed like I was overly sensitive, and for some reason, everything was heightened.

For instance, I could hear the men fighting in the field, as well as the clash of plates from multiple buildings. My senses were having a field day
