I take her hand and lead her to my bathroom, I ran her a bath this morning but she never showed up, the bath bomb is still in there, only the water is colder now.

I drain the water and run her another bath, “Get in.”

“I want to take a shower.”

I nod, “Okay, go on. I'll order dinner, what would you like?”

She steps into the shower, turning the cold water on
