C15 Wat...water

While the man was smirking thinking about something which only jack could understand; for only he was aware of the ruthless ways that his lord could retort to once he had decided something in his mind, the old lady on the mountainside was quite restless because she still didn't know anything and why she had to summon the P2 werewolf guide to guide a simple girl to explore her powers.

"Who is that girl? ... Why did he tell me to send the werewolf guide after her? Why does he want to protect her? Whom she is connected to ?? " all these thoughts were roaming inside her mind.

"Aaaaaaahhhhh....... I ... I don't know anything, still, I am following the commands. I must find out about everything to get the elements clearer. " the lady said in a yelling tone but then managed her appearance and composed her posture immediately.

~ RIVERSTONE TOWN JUNGLE~

On the other side, it was evening time and scarlet was with her friends doing the worksheets provided by the professor. Gazing at her watch, she hurried up and arranged her bag filling it with all the stuff, and took a leave from all of them.

But Chris grabbed her wrist and offered her a ride home. Although she was used to going home alone, still it was evening and she had to pass the jungle side road. Naturally, he was worried for her. Moreover, it was his chance to be with her. At least, in this way, he would be able to spend some time alone with her.

But Scarlet was Scarlet and she never wanted to bother anybody, not even her friends. Smiling faintly, she freed herself from his protective friendly hold and started searching for something inside her bag. Chris wasn't understanding as to what she was searching for. But soon his orbs caught a glimpse of a tiny spray-like bottle which she recovered from the extreme side zip of her bag.

Showing the bottle proudly to her friend, Scarlet tried to let him be assured regarding her safety saying...

" When this pepper spray is with me to protect me from hooligans, then why should you get worried..!"

Chris knew her character perfectly well that she was an independent girl. Still, his protectiveness was next level for her. So he asked her almost smirking...

" It can protect you from hooligans. But what about wild animals...??”

Hearing this she smiled and replied almost making him choke on his saliva ...

" The manufacturing company didn't mention that it wouldn't be working on animals. After all, the wild animals also have eyes, my friend."

The whole bunch of her friends burst out laughing. She was the best person for them and they all hugged her bye before she left, again assuring Chris that she would be fine and promising that if she felt the need, she wouldn't hesitate to give him a quick call.

While heading back home, she wasn't able to find even a single cab. So, she just decided to walk home. On her way, she was strolling and singing songs while kicking the little pebbles on the asphalt road.

Suddenly she felt a vague presence behind her. She ended her singing and her steps halted at once. She slowly turned back to find nothing but the empty road.

"Hm... it's nothing. This Chris had been trying to scare me. I am not scared of anything."

She mumbled and started singing again. Suddenly her vision was getting way too clearer that she felt as if she was able to see things 3-4miles always too even in the dark.

She rubbed her eyes to find her vision getting even more crystal-y and soon a feeling of restlessness took over her meek figure. It was like she was too much thirsty and wanted to have a lot of water.

She peeked inside her bag and took out her water bottle only to find that it had been emptied long ago solely by herself only. Thus, she thought of suppressing her thirst as it was just a walk of 30 minutes to her home.

She started striding fast to reach more sooner. But it was getting out of control. Although it was not a warm day and warm evening, she was feeling too hot and if possible she could have removed all her clothes there and could have jumped into the water.

She was waddling by the road to the nearby jungle. But instead of going towards her house, she took the way towards the jungle and started walking even more hurriedly.

"Water ... water ... waaa... wa... water ..."

She was running stumbling over her steps and scanning for water here there and everywhere not knowing where exactly she had been heading.

Meanwhile, another well-built muscular figure had been chasing her throughout her way from the college to her home. While she was stumbling, he was still not having any expressions over his calm face and was just observing her actions.

It was his mission. The guide werewolf Luke Camel was always professional no matter whosoever was in front of him.

This time Scarlet just stumbled badly and fell making her leg and right hand bruised severely and bleeding at once. But still, she just was not going to give up on her dear life. For her, having water had turned to be the most important thing of her life at that moment.

The figure was approaching her but she hauled up and screamed with happiness...

"Aaaaaaaaaa....... waaattteeerrrrr ....."

While Scarlet was lying on the jungle floor over the rocky area with so many fallen leaves and twigs struggling to get up because she wasn't able to control her desire for water anymore, the vague figure over there was watching her from a corner hiding behind the tree.

But was there any need for him to hide behind the bushes or trees? Or he was afraid to be found out by her? No, he wasn't afraid but he was hiding because still, it wasn't the right time for their meeting.

He had been into numerous missions of these kinds where he was summoned by the royals to help the concerned person find out his powers and to handle them adequately.

Also, it was always a problem in the initial stages of power outbreak because the concerned person couldn't control them; instead, ended up getting manipulated. So, he was sent only in the urgent missions and for helping those who were somehow connected to the werewolves.

" If this lady is from the heavenly book and grand empress had summoned me personally to help her with her powers, then it ... it .. it means that she is somehow connected with the werewolves. But ..."

Before he could mutter anything else, his attention got diverted towards the side where the girl was struggling and finally she got up collecting herself.

She started to pace further and suddenly yelled ... "Watttteeeerrrrrr........".

Looking over towards her direction, the man just spotted a water source.

Scarlet looked at the water pond in front of her with doey eyes and hopes as if her life depended on it and without thinking anything further she just jumped into the water.

With her sudden jump into the stagnant-looking water pond, a lot of water splashed out of the pool and got scattered here and there creating "Tuch Tuch" sounds in the calm and silent jungle over there.

The man over there got startled over her sudden action and watched her paddling in the water. She was lying in the water as she had always been there since her birth.

She was the one who didn't know swimming and got almost drowned in a swimming pool just a day back. But now, what happened suddenly ...??

She was roaming inside the pond which was at least 15feet deep and that inside a jungle, splashing it all over her body and was being too happy. Not minding the place and nature of water in which she was floating, she gulped few ounces of it to quench her thrust.

The touch of water made her body relaxed and calm and the urge to die got changed into the urge to live at that moment.

While the man was contemplating things in his mind as to what was exactly happening there, there happened something.

It was a once-in-a-lifetime event to witness because the powers of that beautiful girl were starting to act and unleash. Nobody could dare to even step in her zone of effect.

Gradually and swiftly, her wet golden-brown hairs started to turn ocean blue and were shining like they are gold. The shine was too much that it made the dark area of the jungle lit up like several lamps had been installed there.

And she just changed into another creature, looking at which the guide werewolf couldn't help but gasp in a daze and mumbled...

"Oh MOON GODDESS...!! Is she a ....."
