C16 A Mermaid!

The guide werewolf Luke, who was standing behind a tree hiding perfectly and watching everything while contemplating all the things inside his head; was taken aback when suddenly the girl in front of his eyes transformed into a creature.

Yes, a human who turned into a mermaid. He could hear bones breaking and cracking alongside her transformation.

Although he had been on numerous missions to guide people about their powers, this time it was something else and it was the first time in his life that he had been accustomed to guide a mermaid regarding her powers.

Back then, he had been a guide for vampires, newly formed werewolves, some vamp wolves, and other creatures but none of them was from the water element.

It had become quite a surprise for him. Thus, he wasn't able to hold back his shocked mind and the words ...

"Oh, MY MOON GODDESS .....!!! Is... Is she a mermaid !!!!"

left his lips but they were too low like a whisper that couldn't be heard even in that silent and extra calm jungle.

Scarlet who wasn't aware of what was happening to her suddenly was swimming inside the pond slowly or she was trying to swim but because of the transformation, her whole body, and every bone, even every cell had been aching like it would burst out soon to send her in the Death Valley.

Thus, not being able to hold the pain any further, Scarlet just fainted inside the pool but didn't drown.....all thanks to her powers now.

Luke, who was in a corner gasped, even more, when he realized that the girl had been lying in the pond that was holding magical powers.

It was almost 10,000 years back when after a massive and long bloody war between the two different clans over the magical powers of this pond, it was handed over to the werewolves clan as protectors of the pond and in return, they would be able to heal their injuries by stepping into its water.

But due to that much importance, the pond was always a cause of battle between the various clans and the werewolves. So, after 2000 years of guarding it safely, soundly, and not letting it be used by any dark creature, the then king of werewolves had decided to hide it amidst the jungle in the human world.

Because humans were never the rivals of any creatures due to no powers and magics, so it wasn't possible at all to locate the pond and use it willingly.

Moreover, the king had hidden it using his magical stick, and then Luna had used her heart powers to seal the area. Only those could visit it who were in grave situations and that too after getting permission from the spirits of king and queen.

Even being amidst the jungle, the pond wasn't visible to common people as it was sealed by magic. But then if it was so, how was scarlet able to spot it?

When Luke Camel thought about this, he was getting suspicious of the little girl lying in the pond. Because he was assigned this mission and he had to fulfill this mission by every means. So, he swiftly paced towards the girl lying over there in the pond to take her out and help her for the time being.

Just before getting fainted inside the magical pond, the girl who had been in immense pain was experiencing something that she had never done before.

Slowly and swiftly her all bones were giving her the pain like they were all breaking one by one and she wasn't able to feel her legs suddenly. Because her legs were turning slowly into a mermaid tail.

The bones over the back of her spine were appearing to be like they were protruding out of the body making her skin to be ripped apart and sending shrills all over the cells.

Although she had been in the water and was slowly drowning in it, yet she was able to see all the things quite clearly. This was because her mermaid powered were acting and she was getting sharper and clearer vision even inside the water.

Moreover, her eyes were not getting wet and there was no water to her surprise because there appeared to be a nictitating membrane-like structure that was guarding her eyes against the water and yet enabling her to see all the things clearly as if it were a glass cover over her eye cornea.

All her clothes had been ripped apart because of this massive transformation of her body into a beautiful mermaid. She was watching herself turning into something which was surely not a human but a creature, a creature which she never believed to exist.

Notwithstanding all these changes and the sharp and throbbing pains all over her body, she just fainted because it was the first time of her body shift and she hadn't been aware of this previously. Also, the powers of hers got even more enhanced because she stepped into the magical pool.

Looking over the shining lights getting dim slowly that were emitted from the girl's body, Luke understood that she was getting unconscious and wasn't able to overpower her changes. But he wasn't aware of the fact that even a mermaid can get drowned.

So when he looked at her drowning figure, he didn't waste a second and jumped inside the pond asking for permission in his mind from the spirits of the late king and Luna.

Because he was a high-ranked werewolf and was someone renowned all over the werewolves Land so he was permitted immediately and he got the girl out of the pond.

But her condition was way too different. On one side she wasn't wearing any kind of clothes over her body and her upper body was bare because of the shifting.

While Luke knew that he had been assigned this mission only because this girl over here is someone special to the werewolves and respected her inside his heart.

So, he didn't glance over her body and kept his head away forcing his gaze not to fall over her. While the girl was lying there lifelessly, her golden-brown hairs, which were the same while she headed inside the pond and was getting shifted had now turned somewhat ocean blue.

Luke had seen her shifting but he was very amazed over the fact that when the shifting process had started, her mermaid tail was so long and was slightly orange with so many frills of different patterns over the whole of the tail.

But as she was taken out of the water, the tail had been turned into an ocean blue color. Her hair had been so long that it was reaching her tail and was giving her a look of a mermaid goddess. Some of the hair was covering her bare upper body, but Luke was unaware of this thing.

When he mistakenly glanced over her, he found that even without wearing any clothes it was not like she was nude because her hair was doing the job of protecting her body. It had become too smoother as if she had been dipped into fresh cream.

Luke was busy admiring her And was apprehending the things about her identity

Over the other side, the girl had fallen into a slumber sleep and was dreaming of herself in an off-white bluish gown which was perfectly draped over her upper body but she was frowning not finding it over her lower body.

When she checked over her lower body, she found that she had a mermaid tail of bluish color which appeared to be off in color because it was a dream. Her hair was way too long and was spread over all the sides and she was inside the water which even made all the hairs and the frills in her tail spread out even more.

It was giving her an appearance as if she were a water goddess who just stepped out of her kingdom to roam over the water.

Everything besides her was way too faint and blurry that she was not able to comprehend the things quite clearly and yet she was looking as if she had known everything earlier. She was in a dream, but it was so real that she had started to move her arms even in that state to swim inside water.

Looking over her moving arms, Like understood that she was trying to do something in her dreamt state while he became aware of what she had been trying to do. So, he just took her in his arms and rushed to a nearby hut as she couldn't be sent to her home in this state.

He wasn't aware of the past and her purpose in this reincarnated life but one thing was sure that this girl relates to one of the powerful werewolves.

Because if it were not so ...... the royal empress wouldn't have summoned him to guide her.

Nothing was clear until the moment the girl would know about all the things and the mysteries were yet to be unfolded.

The two sisters, the elder Destiny, and the younger Choice were looking over all these things. The younger one asked, "sis, what do you think? If it wasn't your doing.... why did she have the mermaid powers? and you said you won't interfere this time ...!! huh!!!!!"

Then Destiny replied looked over her sibling ...

" I didn't interfere. It was her choice to jump inside the pond. If she had chosen to get home, maybe the powers won't have acted. But she chose to have water and got the suppressed powers.

Also, so many things are going to happen in the future. So are you planning to blame me every time saying 'And you said you won't interfere ..!!! ( Mimicking the younger one) ...."

The choice couldn't say anything but remain dumbfounded.
