C21 Choice Chose it

Just now, choice told her name saying softly and elegantly...

“ My name is choice... and I can help you to find the one you are looking for alpha."

Emerald got bewildered, remaining perplexed and glued to where he was wondering as to how she knew about whom he wants to find.

But his mind had skipped one thing and that was this lady ahead of him wasn’t a simple girl, but she was a fairy who had been keeping track of all the events happening in his life. So, it was obvious for her to know everything.

She had a unique character in the whole of fairyland. People used to say that Choice is Choice. She had already been aware of his thoughts and intentions. So, not wasting any more time further, she asked him raising her eyebrows making a slight dancing pattern with them.. ...

" Tell me alpha .. Do you want to find her ?"

She knew perfectly well as to how impatient he had been trying to locate Scarlet, but still, she preferred asking his opinion before handedly. She loved to witness people switch expressions over the things they were asked again and again which they had been wanting badly.

Emerald snapped out of his thoughts and got impressed as the lady in front of him was already aware of his thoughts and spoke casually...

" Yes.. yes fairy... I want to but I don't know why I can’t find her location even after using my powers.”

He searched for answers and a thought came to his mind which he spat out immediately asking her …

“Is it that something is off with me or my powers are not working properly...? "

Smiling elegantly and not showing him that she was already enjoying all this stuff, Choice made a sober face thinking

‘ An alpha can be restless too when it comes to blooming feelings. Looks like I am going to enjoy a lot in the times coming.’ and replied holding her composure ...

" No alpha, There is nothing wrong with your powers. But you won't be able to find her using your powers. " saying that without any doubtful expressions over her angelic face, she made a quiet calm, and serious face which was enough for the time being to convince Emerald.

“It means she isn't a human,” Emerald asked quickly or you can say that those words slipped off his tongue because he was sure that he could find out any human using his powers but if he couldn’t find out this girl, it had only one outcome that she wasn’t a human.

“Well... That is up to you to find about. I can’t meddle in that and I can't tell you anything more. But yes, I can help you locate her. After that, you can find out about the other things on your own over time."

She said with a cunning expression because she comprehended very well that any bit of information about Scarlet would lend Emerald towards her knowingly or unknowingly and this would make her times even more entertaining.

"Fine, please guide me then," Emerald said getting curious and impatient. He had been an aloof person all his life for he was always the one who helped others. But this time the situation was quite different and he had no other option but to comply with the lady to find all the answers to those questions which were making him restless.

" Hmm... close your eyes. And chant this spell. "

She closed her eyes as well and made certain movements and gestures with her fingers while her lips moved in synchronization with her fingers speaking certain words which weren’t quite meaningful to Emerald as if they belonged to some other kind of dialect making him repeat them afterward with his eyes closed.

Within a lapse of the next fraction, both the person’s chanting spells in the middle of the road could see a vision of jungle with a beautiful girl sitting beside a pond and speaking something to herself or maybe a person present there.

From her back, it wasn’t clear as to who she was and what she was doing, but Emerald was sure that she might be the same Scarlet Lozenge whom he had saved back then from getting drowned in the pool.

Just as this thought had crossed his mind, his fingers automatically went to his lips feeling as if her soft lips were still there pressed on to his thin ones.

Choice smiled knowing the reason behind his sudden action of caressing his lips like this.

“ Looks like you can’t resist her at all, Alpha.”

But those words weren’t loud enough for Emerald to react for he was way too busy reminiscing the past moments.

All the things were not crystal clear and it was quite blurry. Choice did it purposely. She didn’t use her power and spell to the fullest because she wanted the vision to be blurry so that Emerald could find Scarlet on his own following the clues and signs that she was showing to him in that vision. This was a way to keep her promise to her sister and a source of entertainment for her. But it was more than enough for Emerald to sense the location and feed it inside his memory. He wasn’t just anyone but an Alpha of CRESCENT MOON pack.

Choice opened her eyes and so did Emerald. He bowed in front of her respectfully and just thanked her politely for helping him.

Choice smiled and spoke with a hint of teasing…..

“ Don't thank me so soon alpha, we have a long way ahead. We will see each other more often."

She was just playing with him and didn’t mean anything else because she knew perfectly well that if her elder sister came to know about this stunt of hers, she would ground her in the castle.

But still, it was her. She loved to play and make people drown into thinking absurd things with her words.

As she was about to leave the place, Emerald asked with perplexed feelings… ..." Then does it mean that my powers aren't going to work anymore. !?"

She heard him, but instead of replying, just gave him a smiling look which was assuring too as if she tried to say that she would be helping him, but as she thought of expressing her thoughts, she choose to keep him hanging amidst.

It was her character. Keeping the elements of surprises beneath her sleeves, Choice chooses it. With a faint fog appearing there, she got faded into the thin air while some of the sparkling lights of white color were poured over Emerald, leaving the aloof but now confused alpha hanging alone in the middle of the road.

Emerald headed towards his vision area stepping on the gas not knowing that he was going towards the place, The RIVERSTONE TOWN, that his father had told him to go while the words spoken by Choice kept on reverberating in the dearest areas of his brain.

~DESTINY LAND~

After helping Emerald and playing for some time in the mortal world, Choice came back to Destiny land stepped into the room, peeking here and there. She was trying to step inside without making any noises so as not to get caught by her sister, but Destiny came out of nowhere and held her ear to which she started whining.

" Sis, what are you doing. .? It's hurting me. Please leave my ear ...Aaahh..."

Destiny was heavily tweaking her ear making it all red. She was fuming with anger. This little brat always gave her hard times since their parents had left the fairyland to spend their lives away from worries and tensions just with each other. Since then, Choice was her responsibility and she was always worried for her safety, all thanks to her jovial and playful character.

She had told her numerous times not to step out of the castle without her permission and here this little culprit was just whining over her ear.

" Leave you .. ha... What do you think of yourself? You sneaked out of Castle. Leave the castle, you just sneaked out and went on to play in the mortal world, and that too without informing me or asking permission. !!

Don’t you know that we fairies aren’t allowed to go to the mortal world as we please?? Tell me, you little brat…!! Why did you help Alpha! We made a deal to not meddle in their business .. then ...!??"

" Sis, I just helped him a little. I didn't interfere. Moreover, you said that this time, it's all about choices. And I am Choice. So, I just told him her location. It’s up to him to find her or not. It's his choice, now. Aaaaahhhhhhhhhhhh …….."

It was her only chance to save herself from her sister’s wrath or else her sister wasn’t even reluctant to pull off her ear. And for saving herself, she needed to choose the correct word which could move her elder sister to the extent of not punishing her. And she was just so perfect in doing that.

Destiny got convinced by her sister’s words and left her ear thinking that she was right. But when she had contemplated all the things, she realized that Choice had outsmarted her and just she thought to school her more, Choice had already slipped off from her hands and hurriedly ran from there mumbling...

‘ Hush ... I just saved my little life. I must be careful in the future or else sis will feed me to the crabs. Aish ... My ear ...." and paced fast towards her room rubbing her already tomato red ear.
