By the time Lawrence got back home with Bianca, Veronica was gone.

Scared, he searched the whole house and called out to her but she was nowhere to be seen. He dashed to the wardrobe and found her clothes and bags still intact. Nothing that belonged to her was out. Just in case, he searched for his stuff too and also found none of it missing
