C31 Cold-hearted

After the event, all of the gymnast are going to get celebrate and throw a party in the Sports hall but Julia received a text from Laura Egen.

(In text Laura to Julia) -It's a necessary sorry to say but the schedule for the event for the math and science convention was cancelled but don't worry we are doing another activity then, if there's more important news that you need to know, I will tell you immediately.

All of the gymnasts are preparing the food and the confetti for the party; all of them are preparing the drinks for the party.

"Glad you win in the event but I wanted to tell you, this news was for all the math clubbers, Laura told me there's no science and math convention and it was been cancelled...." Julia said and Xenia slightly reacts to it.

"Oh too bad it was been cancelled at least the important thing now that my team win again, so Laura Jung won't get insult me. I really hated her so much because first of all, she was so cocky and I hated her so much..."

"Okay I know they only care about their popularity and for you, you also care about your team and that's why you did win, because you deserve to win..."

"Thanks Julia and I also realize that because you see we practice so hard and I really deserve it..."

They both share their giggles together and even Christian who immediately snuggle her for being proud.

"I'm very proud of you, also for the whole team." Christian pinch Xenia's face that made Julia a bit jealous to it then Xenia smiles.

"Oh thank you Christian, I'm so lucky to have you too and to watch this moment with my whole team. That's why I'm so grateful for you guys to watch this event for me."

Xenia shouldered him and Julia wants to look away but she smiled instead and coughs before she starts a conversation.

"And I wonder you're going to throw a party already, I know you already invite your other friends... and did you invite your sister?"

"Yes Julia I did, because she was here right now with her friends... let me remind you that I finally win for this intercontinental cup event and I am so very overwhelm too..."

"I'm also very proud of you and at that time I am so nervous, I thought you are not going to win this time, I saw to your other opponent that they are also good at performing to their own dance number too but I am so happy when you won first place..."

"At least I finally win, after all I realize to myself that I'm such a good leader at all, I am going to be happy for the rest of my life, I really dream to win this event now I did win, maybe I can do something about it, now that they can't ruined my reputation..."

"Yes about your reputation, I think you're famous enough, Xenia..."

"The important was you did your best and now your whole team is proud of you...also the reputation not always didn't matter." Christian said.

"I'm sure everyone will recognize me then, when we are inside the school and everywhere, you don't know when you got a lot of fame and it was really good, because they can't even ruin it..."

"Well for me that wasn't really important at all, but maybe we can enjoy this party and the important thing is that you win..."

When the party was started, Mascha was enjoying dancing with Rena and with other fellow gymnast.

"Oh finally we win, I told you we have to trust our leader that she was going to do all of her best just to let you know that she made a lot of effort for us!..." Mascha said to them happily.

"I know she can definitely to it, I'm so happy we finally win this team! Now we are proving to them that we are not a bunch of losers here..." Rena then smiled very confidently.

"Hmm...Well you prove it enough..." Darja agrees with Rena and Mascha.

"I told you Darja that Xenia prove that already, so that's why me and Rena trust her a lot, because I know she will never going to let her team down...."

"You have a point there, Mascha..."

"Oh I think she already prove enough but the party was nice, you really did want to prepare it well, I think you are really so proud of her Darja, well as I can say maybe Veronika already trained her enough..."

"I also would like to say Darja, I don't care if she was not same talented as her sister but the important thing now Xenia proves it to you that she can be a good leader same as Veronika..."

"Oh maybe I can see that she prove it but that wasn't enough for me, our team win so I am happy about it..."

After she talks to Darja and Rena, Mascha came to meet Xenia there, when she approach her drinking punch and eating dessert such as chocolate cake.

"Oh hey, you finally did it, it was like that you did it well, while I'm watching you at the judges table, I saw you're doing well there!" Mascha said happily.

"Yes but next time on the next event, you have to join with me then..." Xenia said, giving her a nice smile.

"Sure Xenia, why not?, I mean I really like to show my talent, also I can teach you other techniques doing the ribbon thing of mine, I'm having a lot of techniques that I can show to you actually..."

"You don't need to tell me your whole technique, because I know to myself we are having our different style to that, also I have many tips and I can do it in my own..."

"Oh well I think that you can, I'm very glad you prove it to Darja, I really still hate her because she only does care for her fame and nothing else..."

"Ugh...don't mind about her, we just need to enjoy this party..."

"You're right..."

Then Julia saw Xenia and the other gymnast are getting a slice of cake and she was looking for Christian, she thought he already leave, but he comes when he gives her a slice of cake, then she felt a relief.

"Oh I thought you already leave and I was supposed to ask Xenia about it."

Christian giggled. "I'm not going to leave yet and I don't want to miss this celebration, i also like to give you a piece."

She saw that he's holding the slice of cake and she slowly take it and smiles widely afterwards.

"Thanks Christian, you're too kind."

He giggled. "Don't mention it, Julia."

Meanwhile Svenja was alone in her house and she notice Julia wasn't there, she only saw Stephanie was sitting in the living room.

"Oh hey, I wonder Julia wasn't here, don't tell me that she did cozy things after the exam..." Svenja said and Stephanie sarcastically giggled at her. "And now she told me you did something bad in school and I can't believe you cheat to someone also she convince to the principal to give you another chance to retake your exam..."

She moans. "Oh come on don't say it again because I already know I did because I don't even know the answers and you see I and Kyra plan it instead to cheat to someone..."

"You are still like that; Julia told me you are been so mad at her even Julia was trying to help you as well, if she was just helping you, why do you need to be like that? I mean to get mad at her like that?! What is your problem Svenja?"

"I don't want that she needs to do that and please don't tell me you need to lecture me about this and I don't even care if you are going to lecture me for the stupid non-sense that I can heard..."

"That's the problem! You're still being cold-hearted to Julia!!! Don't tell me your being like that to her, thanks to her... she was doing something to help you and appreciate that!"

She suddenly stood up on the sofa out of anger. "You shut up Stephanie, don't try to compare me with Julia again!"

Svenja suddenly goes upstairs while Stephanie tries to knock the door in her room, when she goes in her room alone.

"You better listen up to me! She was just doing her best to help you and don't you even want that!! You are acting like that since you know that your mother is always proud to her, you think that no one cares about you but I do! I do care about you and Julia either! Think about that!!!..." Stephanie yelled, while in front of the door.

Svenja punch the door to let her hear it. "You have to go away! I don't want to hear anything!"

"Stop being selfish Svenja, you have to think what we always do for you and you only do to make yourself happy, think about us now!"

When she lock herself in the room, she was sadly sitting in the floor near in her bed and she get the small box and open it, she get the picture with her and Julia, she suddenly remembers something when it was her birthday.

Flashback**

In September 2004, She was in the mansion with Julia and it was the time when her mother came home after work. They both did hug their mother.

"Aww... you too, I'm hoping that your studying well..." Their mother said and Julia smiles. "Yes we do, but Svenja and I are having some fun also I taught her to do her lesson and look I got the perfect score..."

She showed her paper to her and her mother was very proud of her seeing the perfect score of her test.

"Aww...you didn't tell me that you're like smarter than your sister, huh..." Her mother said

Svenja walks out and as she get jealous to them and she get suddenly mad at them.

As she remembers it when she looks to the picture and she suddenly throws it away, but suddenly the maid did opened the door and while she was having unlock the door and she had a duplicate key in her room.

"Ma'am, Stephanie told you that you need to go outside..." The maid said and Svenja shook her head.

"No, tell her I'm not going anywhere this time, I wanted to drink, please give me some beer..."

"Okay Ma'am..."

The maid leaves and later on she was drinking beer all night until Julia came home and she caught her drinking.

"Why are you been drinking?" Julia asks worriedly and Svenja stares at her angrily.

"Why do you even care? I thought you are doing some cozy things with your math clubbers friends and I wanted to do whatever I want..."

"I know you can do whatever you want, but not like this... drinking all night and you're always like this to me that you didn't care, you are always been like that all along and I always care about you. I admit I tried everything just to fix your life! Not ended to bully anyone that was that just ridiculous!!..."

"What are you even trying to say Julia? you think that was ridiculous enough and there is more than ridiculous about that and the most things that I'm saying that you are the one who get always appreciate and thanks to you because since then you didn't care about me!..."

"Svenja, I don't even understand about your point! I'm here to say that I'm here because I really care but you are the one who is always mean to me and that's what I really hated about it, you're the one who's still always get jealous and I don't even understand why you are so jealous at me!!..."

"Because your great and your amazing, our mother always going to tell you about, while you didn't do something about it that I was always get locked in the room when every time I am like misbehave and I am always get scolded and never appreciate anything even I only dance and do some simple stuff!..."

"I'm sorry about Svenja, I didn't do anything when you get locked in the room for three days and I'm sorry..."

"Just get out of here!!!!!!"

Julia leaves in her room sadly and worried, while she was alone, she get mad but at the same time jealous at her, then she finishes drinking the whole bottle of beer.

When Julia was finally outside of the room, she heard the glass breaks and Stephanie also heard it when she was going upstairs.

"Ugh... I know your sister was again raging mad when she gets drunk, I'm telling you that don't even do that when you saw your sister was like that..." Stephanie convinces her.

"I know and I try to talk to her. She was still mad at me, I don't even understand this time why..." Julia said worriedly.

"You don't need to worry too much, I know you are very concern for her, but this time... you don't need to talk to her and we need to leave her alone for a moment, we can't even convince her what to do..."

"Okay, I think that I should get to go sleep now..."

"Good night, Julia..."

Julia was going to her room, in another day Svenja came early in the school, but when she walks in the school, Christian saw that she wasn't in the good mood.

"Oh hey, it seems you are not in the good mood today, maybe you got pressured in the results and I think you did fine in the exam yesterday." Christian said.

"Sort of I'm not in the mood today, I drink too much and I should say... you know I just had a little headache today..." Svenja keeps rubbing her head when she wants to get her headache gone.

"Oh well, I notice that you don't look so okay."

"Don't pretend that you're so concern to me! I don't really intend to look like a pathetic person like what someone else what they want to make me feel right now."

He notices how Svenja was angry was and he was starting to get worried even more.

"What's wrong? Someone hurt your feelings?"

"No, do you think I'm kind of broken-hearted now??"

"But I can feel that you look so desperate and really sad, you can tell me what the problem is now."

She moans sarcastically. "I don't need your pity, I can be happy and I can do to cheer myself up..."

She's leaving but unexpectedly blocks her way when he still wants to talk to her.

"I hope you can make yourself feel better because I don't know how to help, I know from the inside how kind-hearted you are, you can still feel things and it doesn't matter if you're not also good in Spanish."

Svenja smiles slightly and she feels a bit better. "How can you even say that?"

"Because you're a good person and always are. I also wanted to say that if you have problems that you're struggling to deal with, well you're not alone and you can always tell it to me."

Then she hugged him shortly and afterwards leaves, then Dean came and he also smiles before he greets him.

"Do you know that Xenia won at the main event? I couldn't believe it; the news was all over the internet." Dean said and giggled, Christian slightly smiles.

"I know Xenia was one of the talented gymnasts that I ever know."

"Anyway I would like to tell others about this, I would want to congratulate your friend for that."

Then when Christian came inside the classroom, he saw how Julia sad was and he quickly sit next to her, when he wants to know why.

"What's wrong?" He asks worriedly and she couldn't even smile at him.

"I don't know if I'm doing the right thing for my sister, I really hate that she never considers what I always do for her, I always tried to understand her but sometimes I can't anymore."

"Did you argue with Svenja last night?"

"Yes, she thinks that I always never care about her and I wanted to her to have a better life, that's all."

"If that's your problem with her then I tell you that we can't force her to change or anything but as long as she doesn't do even badly than throwing slushy then we will take action."

She nodded when she thinks he has a point. "I think your right, I should do that."

"Where is Xenia then?"

"Maybe she was with her other gymnast, probably with her fans or something? I don't know where she is right now."

"I hope that she didn't forget our activity then in math club."

She giggled. "Even though I'm not sure if Xenia was interested in math, she was like complaining when it comes to geometry."

"I always knew that too and also she is pretty but you are too."

She smiles and got flattered on what he said about her, meanwhile Dean was sitting in the stairway outside the school but Robin came to see him, he was happy to see him.

"Hey Dean, I know you didn't went to the event but I can say, I'm so happy to see the event in RSG and finally Xenia win and her team!" Robin said happily.

"Ah that was good if she win. I'm sure everyone will be so proud of her, I'm glad her team wins, I also heard it in the radio..." Dean said

"Oh that was great if you did, I go alone there to her event since Pia and Katja are not so interested at gymnastics and I did got interest to watch it, because I saw how much talented they are..."

"Oh I know everyone knows that she did win and now they did want to celebrate her victory ever, and I know that Xenia was very talented at all, at least she prove that she was that performing good..."

"Maybe you see that she did very well and I am also glad, but I need to go to see my girlfriend now..."

Dean was going inside of the school but Robin was still very happy when he knows that Xenia and her team won, Dean unexpectedly approach Svenja when she's supposedly going outside but he pulled her out of his excitement.

"Hey, I want to tell you something amazing!" Dean said and he smiles widely, that made her curious at all. "What?"

"Did you know that Xenia won in the competition?"

She sighs with her annoyance. "I thought you're going to share even better, do you think I'm into ballerina now?"

"Come on Svenja, Xenia wasn't a ballerina, she's a gymnast!"

"I also don't care if she won or not in the event whatsoever!"

Dean laughs and she still feels bothered but he also pinches her face to tease her.

"Why do you look so stressed? Did you have a midnight movie with your friends or did you spend your whole night making slushy..."

She laughs sarcastically. "You know what, I don't know if I'm going to laugh at you or I feel bothered because you're interested with some ballerina stuff now."

"I only so proud that she's the only talented gymnast here in our school..."

"So what? She turns out to be heroic, like that?"

"Okay Svenja, maybe you didn't get the point of it. I only admire her talents that's all but don't worry I don't really forget about you, if you feel jealous about it."

"How can I be so jealous with that, Deannie? Let's go somewhere else to eat, my treat."

He smiles and nodded. "Sure."
