***Mirabelle's POV****

As I went through the portal, a lot of thoughts went through my head before I suddenly landed on the hard ground. "ouch" damn that was painful. I looked around and if not for the faint memories, I'd almost never recognize the place. It was the Red Club. Last time I was here, it was in sorrows and in a disguise of my face but not anymore. I had to make a living and if I ever wanted to go back to the palace someday, I'll be going as no normal or ordinary human. I stood up as I brushed dirt off my body about to go in. But I then noticed my clothes. Oh hells they looked ancient and out of place I needed a change of clothes and a wash up but had no money on me. I checked myself and then remembered something. Before Aurora left me in the room, she put two rings on my finger. I didn't know what they where for but I could try to sell one of them and get some things on me. I won't go back to my disgusting so called family. I can make it on my own as I had been at the vampires palace.

I went into the public stalls amongst stares and cleaned up. I knew I was an ethereal beauty. White fairy hair, blue eyes with the smoothest white skin. But it was now way dirty and covered and gave off a poor aura. Just exactly what I needed. I cleaned it up and bit and then stepped out and from my faint recollections, made my way through to one of the famous jewelry buyers that will authenticate your jewelry only once and could have you arrested if it was fake. The vampires where long ancients and I'm sure they were no fans of fake jewelry. I looked the least attractive ring in my hand and decided it would be the one I'd sell and I couldn't just point it out but I didn't want to sell the other ring. It so much reminded me of Aurora and little did I know that in the future, that ring will be....

As I walked towards the jewelry store, people stared at me strangely but I didn't mind, I just needed to get this diamond checked I felt so confident about it. I walked in an the attendant looked at me as if I was obviously wasting my time here. I took a deep breath cause I didn't give shit to what her expression said. I was here for the ring. I walked over to her and greeted "good evening please can I have a diamond tester test this for me??". She looked at me then scoffed but decided to be polite perhaps to see my downfall. "Evening and yes I can get you a diamond tester but you know the policies right?? If it's a fake we call the police." Yes I know". It was a tactic to scare fake people off but I wasn't fake. She then pulled out the cellphone and spoke into it softly. She then looked at me and smirked. "Go through that door and take this key, insert it into the elevator. It'll lead you to the floor you're supposed to go to and a diamond expert will be waiting at the door for you good luck". I took the key and smiled tightly, I knew she didn't mean those words, "good luck". But still I didn't care. I walked towards the elevator and inserted the key in it. It whirred to life and begun to move down below. I then hid the other diamond in my pockets and gripped it tightly. I didn't want to lose it. As the elevator stopped and opened, I came across a man who took one glance at me and well, decided not to judge by my appearance and guide me in he sat down then glanced at me expectantly. "I heard you have a diamond to check and you still came in despite the policy. Hmm I see this diamond please. I looked at him and then decided fine here it goes...
