C5 I dont like her.

"What the fuck?"

She said, pulling at the white knee length floral dress. It was beautiful for a bimbo, not a delta. Fuck it. She wore the buckle white sandals that was brought with the bag. What is this? No boots? She hissed, looking at herself in the mirror.

"I swear, if this goes on, I’ll kill myself."

She said to her own reflection, and tied her hair into a high ponytail. She doesn’t need makeup. She never did. She was beautiful, stunning, graceful and those things and more were the things that Evander saw when she walked out of the door. He was leaning, by the nearest wall, one leg bent and balanced on the wall, the other tapping slowly on the glass floor.

"Hey."

He said, breathless, his chest heaving with emotions he couldn't name. "Hi"

she kept trying to adjust the sleeve and he walked up to her and helped her adjust it.

"Sorry about that, I’m just not very good with dresses."

She wasn't lying. She didn't really like dresses. They were for bimbos, not warriors, certainly not warrior deltas like herself. "No. Its okay. You look beautiful."

He said, a faraway look in his eyes. He looked at her as if he was looking past her. Well, not exactly past her, but through her. Like he was boring into her soul, like he was looking at her for who she was. Would he see the powerful delta and not the helpless rogue? She wondered, but snapped out of it when he said.

"Let's go. I'll show you around the pack."

She took his outstretched hand and came down slowly, towards him. He smiled down at her and helped her out, closing the doors. It was around noon and the sun was behind the clouds, but shone just as bright nonetheless. The sun's rays cast the pack, one that was mainly white, in a shadow. The pack was big, bigger than she had expected. She looked back and saw the house she had come out of. It wasn't a pack house as she thought, but looked more like a personal home, like an alpha's home.

"Is that your home?"

She said, her curiosity getting the best of her. He nodded, studying her expression. Did she not like it? He wondered.

"Its nice,"

she kept her head, trained on her feet. He couldn't resist the smile that spread across his face as he turned, walking backwards, in front of her.

"So, tell me more about yourself."

He tilted his head, to have a better look at her face. She shrugged and looked into his eyes, stopping, as he stopped too.

"My name is Bella. I'm a grey wolf."

"Is that all?"

"Pretty much."

He frowned.

"Family? Friends?"

He watched her scrunch up her face as he mentioned.

"Sorry, if that was a sensitive spot. I didn’t mean to."

She looked at him. Yeah, that was a sensitive spot. Both parents, the former alpha and Luna of the split moon pack had died in a wildfire, one that the present alpha, her alpha, her fiancé, was the sole reason of. That's why she became delta, since her dad didn’t have any sons, while the beta's son became alpha.

"No, its okay. I don’t have any."

She said, calmly, as if she didn’t want to punch a face right now. "You are alright."

It wasn’t really a question. Something like a reminder, like a comforter, like an affirmation. She shook her head and continued to walk, and he continued too, not leaving her front. "Bella?" "Wh...yeah?"

She said, catching her unfeeling mouth.

"You..you're home now. I promise."

She actually softened a bit at that, but caught herself somewhere in between.

"Okay."

He laughed at that, but before he could say anything, he bumped into someone and turned over his shoulder, coming face to face with beta Alec.

"Hey, what's up?"

He said and they exchanged a friendly hand shake before turning to give a proper introduction. Alec raised a brow at her and while Evander wasn’t looking, she returned the gesture. Alec decided he didn’t like her.

"I don’t like her."

He said, eyeing her. I don't like you too, bitch. She thought but just pouted a little bit and began to back out from their little trio. Evander held her hand and she looked bat bit, tingles erupting in her skin.

"Alec, that was rude."

Alec spared him a glance before turning back to her, staring her down.

"Well, I don’t care. I don't like her one bit. She looks like trouble, too innocent to be good, i mean, seriously? Do you believe this little..."

She cut him off with a slap on his right cheek, before she could stop herself. She had never felt so disrespected before. Alec raised his hand to slap her back, but Evander's voice stopped him

"Alec!"

He looked at him.

"What?"

"Don't"

he raised his two brows.

"Why? She slapped me, she fucking slapped me."

He said, vibrating and pointing to his cheek, just incase Evander had missed it.. She stayed quiet, her eyes on the ground. Way, to go, lady. Blow up your cover.

"But, she's a girl."

“ Oh, yeah?"

He replied, looking hurt.

"You are not supposed to hit a lady.”

"Well, is she supposed to hit a man?"

He retorted again, one hand holding his cheek, the other demonstrating crazily.

"Alec..."

Alec looked towards her, then Evander.

"I can't stand her."

He said and walked out, fuming.

"I didn’t mean to."

She said and broke down in fake tears and Evander hugged her tight, letting her cry on his shoulder.

"They all hate me. Everybody does."

She said again and he shushed her.

"Heyy...you are adorable. No One hates you. Alec just needs some time, okay? Calm down. Let's take you shopping."

He said and released her to look at her face. She looked up at him too.

"You are alright."

He said again, and she was seriously beginning to like that reminder. She was okay. Just.....sometimes, she wasn’t.
