Xueyue opened her mouth to retort but found herself at a loss for words. With a complex look, she admitted, "No."

"Sometimes, luck plays a role in strength. The stone your niece has was crafted by him. Coupled with today's events, it's clear his capabilities justify our significant investment."

Taking a deep breath, a spark of determination in her eyes, Huan Ying declared, "Especially now, after he's managed to alienate most of Misty Village's powers. This is the prime opportunity for us to collaborate with him."

Still not entirely persuaded, Xueyue countered, "You're not worried about the trouble that might bring?"

Huan Ying offered a sweet, meaningful smile. "If I were afraid of trouble, I wouldn't have stepped into your father's shoes."

With that, she rose gracefully and made her way out of the tea house.

Xueyue was momentarily taken aback, but then it clicked.

Without a word, she followed in Huan Ying's footsteps.

Her sister had never come out on the losing end. Perhaps this time would be no different.

After logging off, Lin Bei lay on his bed, lost in thought.

He was now ranked first!

Especially since the person in second place was only at Level 10.

Given the situation, he didn't have to push himself too hard.

An hour flew by in an instant.

"You have discovered the Blazing Fire Forest. You have earned 123 Reputation Points!"

Upon reaching his destination, Lin Bei paused to survey the scene.

Flames engulfed numerous trees, and thick smoke filled the air, setting the tone for the area.

"I'm going in to take down some monsters!"

With a slight grin, Lin Bei drew the Blade of God and strode into the fray.

His rampage the previous day had taken out thousands of players, propelling the Blade of God up two levels.

But he had neglected to check its stats. It wasn't until he drew the weapon that he remembered he hadn't yet examined the Blade of God's panel.

With a heart full of curiosity, he examined its details!

Bosses with Fire Attributes are immune to enemy fire damage, but players aren't afforded the same luxury. To become immune to a monster's Fire Attribute damage, a player needs an attribute that can mitigate it!

For a player to be immune to another player's Fire Attribute damage, they must counter it with a corresponding attribute. Naturally, players can also exploit specific attributes to counteract a BOSS's attributes, inflicting even more damage!

After dodging an attack, Lin Bei called forth his Charm Rabbit!

The very next second, the Charm Rabbit cast its Charm spell!

The system alert chimed in:

"Charm Rabbit has charmed the Blazing Fire Python, successfully controlling it for 16 seconds!"

Lin Bei's pupils dilated in shock.

If Lin Bei struck a vital point, he could inflict close to a million points of damage!

The only regret was that if the Five-clawed Golden Dragon's cooldown had ended, Lin Bei's damage output would surely be even more substantial!

As Lin Bei wallowed in his disappointment, the Blazing Fire Python collapsed, its flames extinguishing instantly!

Lin Bei now had his hands full, tasked with not only raising a Charm Rabbit but also a dragon!

With this in mind, Lin Bei confidently pressed on, seeking out more Blazing Fire Pythons.

In the process, he gained 1 point in Strength and 2 in Agility. He stumbled upon a cluster of 13 Blazing Fire Pythons, which thrilled him to no end.

It was then that he unleashed Wicked Kill, reaping a bountiful outcome.

He corralled all the Blazing Fire Pythons into one spot.

Wicked Kill was triggered!

The Blade of God in his grasp took flight, shrouded in black gas. It spun a one-meter radius circle around him before returning to his hand.

Yet, the Blade of God wreaked havoc on the surrounding void!

Attacking 13 Blazing Fire Pythons simultaneously allowed Lin Bei to inflict damage that was previously unthinkable at his level.

Such was the astonishing power of Wicked Kill!

Now, Lin Bei could effortlessly dispatch the lesser creatures he encountered!

But when it came to single targets, like a boss or an individual monster, the results weren't as gratifying as a standard attack.

Nevertheless, this technique had boosted Lin Bei's speed in slaying lesser monsters by a factor of dozens!

As time slipped by unnoticed, Lin Bei delved deeper.

Before long, guided by his memory, he arrived at the heart of the Blazing Fire Forest.

It was there, amidst the fiery shrubbery, that a peculiar plant caught his eye.

A mushroom!

But atop this mushroom blazed purple flames, a stark contrast to the surrounding fire's hue!
