C451 Bigamy

The crime of bigamy refers to the act of having a spouse and marrying another person or marrying that other person knowingly.

The object of this crime is monogamy. Monogamy is a principle stipulated in our country's marriage law, and bigamy has destroyed our socialist marriage and family system and must be punished criminally
