A group of young men and women gathered together to perform the Ghost Step Dance had a dispute with a group of men and women dancing in the square not too far away. The two parties had a disagreement and started fighting.

When the police received the call, they arrested the dozen or so young men who were leading the fight and sent them to the detention center
