C1 I Am a Good Man
China, Flower City.
Loong Lin walked in the airport lobby, surrounded by a bustling crowd. The familiar Chinese accent made him feel warm and at ease.
Loong Lin was wearing a simple suit, a black short-sleeved T-shirt, black jeans, and a pair of cheap Adidas with a black backpack on his back. He looked like an ordinary poor student.
At first glance, you wouldn't even pay attention to him, but when you looked at him closely, you would be attracted by his unique aura, especially his pair of black eyes, which had a deep and vicissitudes of life hidden within.
"Sir, please wait."
A clear and cold female voice sounded from behind him. Loong Lin didn't turn around, but turned around. This was different from an ordinary person's reaction.
Turning his head but not turning around would put his body in an extremely awkward position. If he was ambushed, it would be even worse than directly facing the enemy from the back.
"Don't move!"
Loong Lin's instinctual actions caused others to be wary of him. This was a woman with a gorgeous appearance, sharp eyes, and a good figure. She was dressed in a professional attire that made her look heroic.
She took a step back and stared at Loong Lin without blinking, her heroic eyebrows slightly raised.
Loong Lin raised his hands and tilted his head as he smiled. He said leisurely: "Comrade, do you have any questions?"
The woman frowned slightly. Her heartbeat quickened. Of course, it wasn't because of Loong Lin Shuai, but because the person in front of her could be the target of this mission.
She looked at Loong Lin's dressing, then paused for a moment on the backpack.
"Black T-shirt, backpack!" "I assume this person is the target."
The description of the suspect in the informant's report matched perfectly with the man in front of him. The man who had turned around just now had a smooth movement. With a glance, one could tell that he had some sort of background for tactical actions.
"Swish!"
The woman stared coldly at Loong Lin and growled, "Please put down your bag on your back, quickly raise your hands and squat down."
Loong Lin cursed in his heart. He didn't know what was going on, so he shouted in panic: "Don't be like this, you must be mistaken, I'm a good person."
"Are you a good person?"
"... Yes, yes, I am a good man, Comrade! You must not be mistaken. " Loong Lin was speechless.
However, the woman did not care about his vulgar joke. Instead, she scolded, "Cut the crap, quickly put down your bag, and then squat down."
Loong Lin had no choice but to obey and squatted down with his back to the woman.
This was the airport, and there were a lot of people. The two of them had already attracted a lot of attention and the crowd began taking photos from their phones. Most of them felt that there was no danger and thought that this woman had caught the thief or something.
The woman relaxed a lot when she pointed at Loong Lin's back with her index finger. She pressed the walkie-talkie on her shoulder and said, "I've found the target. I need backup."
As soon as he said that, a team of capable masked men rushed over.
As soon as they arrived, they immediately began to isolate the crowd. Loong Lin was surrounded by the sea of people like a lonely reef in the sea.
The crowd began to panic. They finally realized that this matter wasn't simple. How could they possibly have caught a thief in such a big battle?
Someone rushed forward and mercilessly pushed Loong Lin onto the ground. His head, back, and knees were all pressed down. His face was pressed against the cold ground and his hands were cuffed.
Then, he was lifted up from the ground. The two men pressed down on his shoulders and a big patch of dirt appeared on Loong Lin's face. He looked at the woman putting away the gun and said with a sullen face, "I think you two are mistaken."
"Found it!" A man suddenly shouted. He took out a package from Loong Lin's backpack.
"Everyone, be careful. It's best if the experts come over right away." The woman reminded everyone.
Loong Lin rolled his eyes. He was too lazy to say anything, so he carefully opened the bag.
After he opened the package, the person was stunned for a moment before he awkwardly said, "It doesn't seem to be a dangerous item, it's a piece of jewelry."
The woman walked over and saw a delicate sandalwood box inside the package. Inside the box was a beautiful jade bracelet.
"Be careful. It's very expensive." Loong Lin said in a timely manner: "I think you can let go of me now."
The woman frowned. She got annoyed when she saw Loong Lin's tired look.
The person next to her suddenly said, "If this kid isn't our target, then wouldn't we be exposed? The main culprit hasn't been captured yet."
Just as she finished her sentence, a frantic shout came from the walkie-talkie on the woman's shoulder, "Wrong arrest, the suspect is over here. Old Liu has been injured."
Then, Loong Lin saw a man who dressed almost exactly the same as him rush into the crowd. Loong Lin grabbed a little girl, kicked away the mother, and put the dagger in his hand against the child's neck.
The girl's heart leaped to her throat. She was the one responsible for capturing the wrong person. If the robber hurt the little girl or even blew up, she really didn't know what to do.
Amidst her anxiety, she suddenly caught sight of a quick shadow flash out from the corner of her eye. Then, the bandit fell face-first to the ground.
Loong Lin shouted, "What are you waiting for? Save him!" He then took the lead to rush over.
The distance between them was less than two to three seconds. Loong Lin was the first to rush over, carrying the little girl and backing off to the side. The men were suppressing the real bandits, and the bag was taken away.
The woman looked at the bunch of handcuffs on the gangster's head, then looked at the pair of handcuffs on the ground. Those were originally handcuffs on Loong Lin, but no one helped him.
Recalling back, the girl realized that it was this pair of handcuffs that flashed at the corner of her eyes.
When she turned around, the little girl's mother bowed gratefully to Loong Lin and was very excited. Due to the fact that it happened so quickly, the six-year-old girl didn't even know what had happened. She just looked around curiously.
After the onlookers were evacuated, Loong Lin was finally relieved of his child's mother's tears of gratitude. Honestly speaking, he had never encountered such a scene before.
"Here, return the bag to you."
The woman's voice sounded. Loong Lin turned around and saw her holding his bag and looking at him bitterly.
Loong Lin took it and checked the jade bracelet. He let out a sigh of relief. If it broke, then he would lose a lot of money. He had spent all his remaining money on it.
"Here, wipe it." The woman passed him a white handkerchief and said apologetically, "I hope you don't mind."
"It's fine, this handkerchief is pretty." Loong Lin took the handkerchief and waved it at his face. He could smell a very light yet fragrant scent from it: "Speaking of which, there's someone using a handkerchief now."
