"why didn't you bring Saafa?" Kamal asked.

"she has a class" I simply said while sipping on a soda.

"Oh, how's she doing by the way?" he asked.

"she's fine, but..." I felt the need to ease the burden on my shoulder, I wanted to Share with Kamal about the strange call and messages I've been receiving.

"yes, what happened?" he asked calmly.

"well, it's about Saafa and the murder..." I paused in other to catch my breath "I've been receiving some strange messages from an unknown number, telling me that saafas life is in danger" I said.

"strange messages?" he furrowed his brows.

"Yes, they are really strange and the person was even telling me to stay away from someone" I said.

"wow, well what do you want to do about this?" He asked calmly.

"Well, I don't know" I said sincerely.

"I think you should speak to Saafa, maybe there's more to this murder than you know" he said and I nodded.

"I Think I'll do that" I said in a sigh.

"yeah that will be better" he said while glancing at his wrist watch.

"please cancel my order, I have BIO301 class now" he said in a pitiful sigh.

"Eyya, okay see you later then" I said and he smiled while standing.

"And before I forget, I got this gift for Saafa" he said while nervously scratching the back of his neck while pulling out a prayer counter from his bag.

"it'll help her focus and control her emotion" he said,

"Awwwwn, that's so cute of you" I said and he chuckled nervously.

"bye, take care" he said before leaving, I on the other hand, sat and waited for my order.

With the thought of what Kamal said to me, I was seated on saafas bed and patiently waiting for her.

"Thank you, bye bye" I heard Saafa say to the person who she was talking to outside.

I wrapped my hands across chest as I waited for her to make her way in "how did you get in?" she questioned the moment she saw me seated on her bed.

"your roommate is foolish, she left me here" I said and she chuckled.

"Anna ehn" Saafa said whilst chuckles, she removed her abaya and took a seat next to me.

"what brings you here?" she asked while chewing on a chewing gum.

"I came to seek for Answers" I wasn't a type to beat around the bush, I prefer going straight to the point.

"Answer's to what?" she furrowed her

"Tell me exactly what happened to Charlotte and how you are involved!" I said.

"Are you trying to say I am guilty?" she half yelled.

"No Saafa, I know you are not guilty but you know something about this murder and whatever you know is putting your life in danger" I said worriedly.

"I do not know anything about this murder" she said.

"Saafa why are you being stubborn, am I not your sister, don't you trust me?" I said the last part in a whisper.

She stared and me with a whole lot of emotion before letting out a deep sigh.

"I'll tell you, but promise never to tell anybody" she said and I nodded.

"I promise"i held her right hand in mine lovingly.

"I was in my next door neighbors room the day the event took place, I went to get our mop which we had borrowed them. So after collecting the mop, I decided to come back into our room and when I did, I saw a boy covered in a mask injecting something into Charlotte who was trying to fight him off" she paused to clean the tears on her cheeks.

"Immediately he injected Charlotte, he threw the injections on the nearest place he could find, which was my bed. I was so frightened by what my eyes had just witnessed so I began screaming which got his attention so he immediately pushed me and ran away. I wanted to catch him, so I followed him until he stopped at a place where his members were" she took in deep breath.

"I decided to eavesdrop on their conversation and I heard them rejoicing over Charlottes death, but I was frightened by their number so I decided to go back but I was caught by him, he pulled his mask off his face and stared at me while pointing a gun to my head, he was about to shot me but he was stopped by one of his gang member who pleaded on my behalf. He warned me never to say anything about that day" she breathed out.

"And who was the person behind the mask?" I asked.

"you won't believe who... "she clenched her fist "it was sufy, he killed Charlotte just Because she witnessed him kill farooq"
