C9 Nine

On waking up from my bed, the first thing I was met with was my buzzing phone. It kept on buzzing because of the Alarm.

I picked it up and turned the Annoying Alarm off before it wakes up lulu or Taiwo.

Just as I was about to drop my phone back down, A message popped in and it was from an unknown number so I immediately checked.

You don't need to know who I am or how I know about all this, All I know is that you need to save Saafa's life. You only have until new year, yes it must be done before new year.

What do I need to do to save her life?.

I typed it down with trembling fingers, what is all this and why is Saafa involved in all this. I really need to find out.

"Heza!" Lulu's voice startled me.

"Yes?" I asked while dropping my phone.

"Good morning" she greeted and I greeted back in the same enthusiasm as hers.

"I wanna take my bath, where is the toilet?" she asked.

"Come, let's go. I also wanna bath" I said.

I got down from my bed and walked towards my locker where I picked up my tooth brush and sponge.

"let's go" I said to her and she nodded, we both left for the toilet making sure we made no noise because we didn't want to wake Taiwo.

I had long gotten out of the shower and I was presently seated on my bed and wearing something simple. Because it was a Saturday and I have no class.

"Heza are you busy?" Lulus voice startled me because I was so engrossed in reading my novel.

"No" I responded absentmindedly.

"Okay then, would you love to accompany me to our faculty?, I don't think I know the way" She bit her lower lips.

"sure no problem" I said, "let me get dressed" I added.

I opened my locker and brought out a jumpsuit and a kimono. I got dressed Immediately.

"We are good to go" I clutched my purse on my shoulder.

"you look peng" she commented and I chuckled while muttering a thank you.

"yeah Let's go" she said while clutching her Gucci purse to her shoulder.

"Taiwo bye, we'll be right back" I said to Taiwo who was busy eating.

"okay, be careful" she said.

"yes we will" I said while dragging Lulu out.

"so she can talk?" lulu asked.

"who?" I asked.

"Taiwo" she said.

"yeah of course why did you ask?" I let out a light laughter.

"Because she hasn't Said a thing to me" she said as we walked down the stairs.

"Don't worry she'll come around" I said.

"Ehn, you are the boyfriend snatcher and not me" the voice echoed from block D as always. They loved fighting and I do not why, maybe they are cursed.

Lulu and I ignored all their continuous insults, and made our way to the faculty of medicine.

It was a Fifteen minutes walk, but with lulu it felt like three hours, the girl takes her time to take every step.

"Heza!" kamals voice came from behind me and I turned to face him.

"Kamal" I said happily. "Lulu I'll be right back" I said to lulu who nodded.

I walked over to Kamal who stood with his hands in his pocket.

"Kamal what's up?" I beamed happily.

"Fine, How's Saafa?" he asked. I think he likes her.

"I haven't gone to see her today, but I spoke to her yesterday and she is doing good" I said.

"Oh better, has she said anything about the murder?" he asked.

"No, not really" I said.

"okay" he said "if anything happens tell me" He said and I nodded.

"I'll see you tomorrow then" I said before walking away, I walked over to lulu who was busy chewing on a chewing gum.

"Lu.. " I was cut short by a call from an unknown number.

I picked it up and place it on my ear.

"you have to stay away from him" The person said briefly before cutting the call, I could not even utter a word, and neither could I tell whose voice it was.

Who could he be talking about, my heart raced in a fast pace and all I could think of was Saafa. Whoever this person was, I know he isn't joking.

I turned to face lulu and I was met with an annoying person, it was sufyan and he was busy talking to lulu. Could he be the one I'm being warned about, like seriously he came right after the call came, Its got to be him.
