After what happened with Rebecca the other day, I have been sick and worried about John.

He has a lot of enemies, and you can't tell when he is going to get attacked again.

I heaved a deep sigh of frustration as I used my right hand to massage my forehead.

I was feeling a little bit stressed, and I sure could use a break.
