Sarah's POV

The meal was really tasty. Mum was still the best cook for me.

Our meal was going well until mum decided to interrupt the silence. “What is it, mum?” I asked.

She had earlier said that she had something to tell me, but I was still unaware of what it was.

“Somebody visited me a few days ago.” Mum said, causing me to give her all my attention.

Lily was on the table with us
