C10 My Little Sister Is Back!!

"She may be skinny, but she's undeniably beautiful!"

Chi Hann was momentarily stunned. Just as he began to process it, his mom said, "Your sister's back."

That sentence left his mind blank, his expression vacant. Memories of his sister flooded back like a tidal wave. Although her hair and eye color puzzled him, her features were unmistakably similar to their mom's. This was his sister!

Chi Hann jumped up and was about to rush out when he tripped over a trash can by his feet, nearly falling. The camera shook violently, showing he was jolted back to reality and quickly gathering his things.

"When are you coming home?" Lau Yunwan asked, already knowing the answer.

"Right away!"

A guest had been fussy, delaying filming by two days, and as for his uncle's side... it could wait! He needed to see his sister!

"Where do you think you're going, my friend?!"

His manager walked in to see Chi Hann grabbing his suitcase, thinking he was upset with the guest and didn't want to film anymore. "If you don't like them, I can talk to the producers and get someone else. If you leave, how's the show going to continue? So many people are tuning in just for you, the star of the show!"

"My sister's back! I have to go see her!"

Sister? Wait a minute! Your sister?!

You found your sister?!

Chi Hann couldn't care less what his manager thought. He rushed home as fast as he could, arriving just after midnight. As soon as he stepped inside, he saw his workaholic older brother coming down the stairs.

He dropped his bags and ran over. "Where's my sister?"

Chi Yu glanced at his younger brother, who was thriving in the entertainment industry and changing his hair color every other week. "She's asleep."

"Which room?"

"She's sleeping with Mom. Are you planning to go in?"

Chi Yu headed into the kitchen, casually grabbing something to eat.

Chi Hann stomped his foot in frustration, regretting taking that rural reality show gig! Just getting to the city took him over an hour!

With no other choice, Chi Hann went to his own room. After washing up, he lay in bed, tossing and turning, unable to sleep. His mind was filled with the brief glimpse he caught of the little white bundle in the video.

Darn it, he was so excited he forgot to take a screenshot! It was his first video call with his sister!

She was beautiful, with a lively spirit, just like a snow fairy from a storybook! She was too thin, though, but that was okay. As long as he was around, he'd make sure she grew up healthy and chubby, transforming from a snow fairy into a plump little snowball!

Oh no! I was in such a rush to get back that I forgot to buy a gift! What does my sister like? Would she enjoy blueberry-flavored things like he does? My sister... she's finally been found...

Thinking about it, Chi Hann grabbed a pillow and pressed it tightly against the top half of his face, clenching his teeth to keep from crying out loud. His sister is back, thank goodness, it's really wonderful!

The next day, Chi Hann got up early! He dressed with extra care, even spritzing on some fresh men's cologne that smelled particularly nice. Meanwhile, Little Ruixin, who was still nestled in their mom's arms, slowly woke up. She snuggled a bit into the warmth before quietly slipping away, sliding off the bed, and putting on her slippers with two fluffy pom-poms to head to the bathroom.

She brought over a small stool, climbed up, and washed her hands thoroughly. Thinking it was still early, she decided to make breakfast for her family, who had been so good to her. She carefully opened the door, and just as she stepped out of the room, she was startled by someone suddenly crouching beside her!
