After some hours of driving, they got home. Mrs Jane had a worried look on her face. She swiftly wrapped her hands around Kaylie. Kaylie felt disgusted, she wasn't expecting any greetings from them.

"Oh, I'm so glad you're home. You didn't hurt yourself, did you?" She asked, checking her body left and right.

"I'm fine, ma'am. Thanks for worrying about me" Kaylie spoke, out of fake sincerity
