CHAPTER SIX

*Maria's Pov*

All what happened seemed to be in the dream world. I couldn't imagine that I slapped my boyfriend.

"Oh my gosh! What a bloody hell have I gotten myself into?", I bawled solemnly.

My emotions wasn't at rest and conscience was blemished to its greatest peaks.

I grabbed my phone and quickly dialed his number. It rang, but he wasn't answering. I called him a million times, yet he still refused to pick up my call.

After considering various thing to do, I decided to send him a message.

He saw my apologies like a million times, but all to no avail. My mind was sad and weakened.

"If I lose him to another person what will be my dividend?", I solemnly said to myself.

Few moments later, Elvis came to see me. I wasn't expecting him this moment, but I was thinking is good I let him stay.

"Ma'am, it seems you aren't happy. What is wrong?", Elvis inquired.

I didn't reply him at first, I was wondering about the genesis of this inessential, unnecessary, and extrinsic cares from Elvis.

I didn't just know was to say, but was still searching for a clue.

"Elvis, if I may ask, when did this unnecessary care of yours started?

It so obvious that I couldn't even acknowledge my sense of humor, talking with just an ordinary cabby", I uttered amusingly.

"No ma'am, I just wanna know about my boss' welfare and how she's doing on daily basis", Elvis said.

"What did you just utter Elvis? Know about my welfare, as my husband or my boyfriend?", I bawled

angrily.

"Am definitely sorry ma'am. Please forgive me, if I'm going contrary beyond what I shouldn't", Elvis apologized.

"Enough, you son of the bitch. Don't fucken call me ma'am", I said aggressively.

I was still contemplating on what next to do when my phone vibrated. It was a message from Raymond.

"Meet me now, at the shopping mall", the message read.

"Elvis I'm seeing someone right away. Stay here and wait for me", I said to Elvis who was sitting on the couch.

*Raymond's Pov*

It was in ten minutes time, that Maria arrived. She wasn't smiling as usual and I was certainly bemused at what makes her not to.

"What is wrong with you these days baby", I asked holding her hands.

"I'm not happy, you made me slapped you earlier today in my apartment", Maria muttered.

"Then I'm very sorry about my attitude. I wanted to see you last week, but my schedules and engagement kept depriving me of that opportunity", I enunciated.

"Okay, I've heard you. What are we doing out here?", Maria asked

"Of course to have fun as usual", I said.

" Wow! Here we go again", Maria exclaimed.

I took her to the wine bar where we drank a lot and had fun to our fullest.

It was few moments later, that I started observing that Maria was drunk.

I didn't wanna take her home myself, cause I will be late. Mayhaps, Evelyn might have been expecting me back home earlier.

So, I gotta find my way home. I hired a cab, I gave him Maria's address.

When I arrived home, I saw Evelyn at the balcony waiting impatiently.

"Hi baby, where have you been?

You made me felt unease?", Evelyn asked running into my arms.

"Yeah I know angel, am sorry I made you feel that way. The traffic was so enormous", I said fictitiously.

"Okay baby. It's all right", Evelyn giggled.

*Elvis' Pov*

I was wondering what could have kept her longer. Just as I was about to switch on the TV, the door buzzer rang.

To see who the person was, I swung the door open and her was a cabby.

"Please sir, there's a lady inside the cab. She's drunk and I was given this address to bring her here", the cabby said.

"Okay, I wanna see who the lady is", I said moving with him to see Maria who was inside the cab.

I thanked the man for his kind gesture and later carried her inside.

When I took her in, I sat her on the couch, removed her shoes.

I was also bewildered, if I could let her sleep like that without using her pyjamas.

She screamed for water and I went to the freezer to get her a glass of chilled water.

She drank and was complaining how hot the water was.

Apparently, she said I should get her chilled red wine. Unfortunately, before I could return the water poured on her.

She was wet and cold. Few minutes later, she began to shiver and grew more fidgety.

I took her to her room, brought out a towel from the wardrobe and crossed it around her chest.

I closed my eyes to at first unclad her skirt, underwear and pant. Secondly, I undressed her blouse and her bra.

I later clad her with her pyjamas. It was really a tough mission for me, but I thank God I accomplished it with ease.

I covered her with a blanket, before I turned to leave. She was still shouting cold and accidentally rolled off the bed.

She fell and injured herself. Blood was dripping as I quickly rushed and got some first aid equipment and stopped the blood from coming out.

After the first aid treatment. I covered her with a blanket and was about leaving when she shoved me to her self. I losed balance and accidentally kissed her.

The next word she could utter was "baby I love you. I wanna have you now".

I tried to escape this amorous antics from my boss. Though she was drunk.

I had an intention to go back home, but I can't leave her alone in such condition. No matter her cruelty towards me.

I was definitely in love with her and no amount of her hatred towards me will stop me from loving her.

I leave her to sleep on bed while I slept on the floor.
