The medicine flowed quickly into my blood with one push, my nurse got the needle out of my

muscles in a slow pull, replacing the injected area with a small piece of cotton wool and a

small bandage to seal it up. “You’ll wait for a little while, okay?”

“Yes, nurse,” I replied.
