Cleopatra POV

I could only look at Van who had been crying for a while. I could feel the sadness he was feeling. He was sitting on the floor and leaning against the railings of the rooftop while drinking the wine he had taken from me earlier.

I don’t know why I feel sorry for him. I also don’t know why I hurt him.

"That's enough." I acted Normal. I snatched the wine he was holding. He laughed and closed his eyes.

"What's wrong with me?" He suddenly asked.

'No, there's nothing wrong with you Van.'

I did not answer.

"I thought she wanted me too."

'Not all assumptions are correct. Many die of delusion Van. '

I would rather be silent than accompany him. I don’t want him to feel that I feel sorry for him.

"I already have everything but why ... Why doesn't she like me?" He asked annoyed and looked at me.

"Cleopatra, am I ugly?" He asked. I did not answer him.

"Cleopatra, am I behaving badly?" I remained silent.

I was hurt for no apparent reason by what he said. I just looked at him coldly and then took a deep breath.

"I'm leaving," I said calmly and was about to stand up when he grabbed the shovel on my wrist and pulled me back and closer to him. His eyes were closed.

"Do not leave me." He whispered. Suddenly my heart beat faster at what I heard. Do I need to see a doctor? Do Alpha's hurt? How does it make me feel?

"Van." I turned around. It's Von, He ran over to us and looked at the condition of his twin.

"What happened?" Von asked and looked at the wine next to me, Von also looked at me before looking at his twin.

"Why are you so drunk Van?" Von asked worriedly.

Van smiled, he still wouldn't let go of my hand.

"Von, my dearest brother," Van said drunk.

"Sit down quickly I have a story for you, my dear twin." He said and then he just let go of my hand.

He put his arm around Von and forced his eyes open.

"Do you know my dear twin, that I have already told Aphrodite the content of my heart?" He said happily and laughed even more. Von and I did not speak.

"He said he wanted me." He said smiling.

"Really?" Von asked. Van laughed.

"He wants me as a friend." Von was stunned.

"I asked why but all she said was that she liked someone else." He said laughing.

Van looked at Von and squeezed his lip.

"My dear twin, I can make you laugh. Because your twin is a loser." He said. Von looked at him.

"I'll laugh at you," Von said seriously.

"You love her don't you?" Von asked.

"I do."

Here we are again in the flash I feel. What is this? Why am I hurting?

"Then don't give up," Von said so Van fell silent.

"You probably won't just give up because of a rejection, will you?" Von asked his twin. I looked at Van as if he had an Idea in his mind.

"My only twin, don't give up if you love her, right? We're mature, you don't care about anyone else so just fight." Said Von.

"But maybe he's already hurt." They suddenly looked at me. Stupid. Why am I speaking?

"I mean, just now he was hurt so much, what if he was rejected for the second time," I said and cast a spell.

All right Cleopatra, how can you get through that?

"But it's normal to get hurt especially if you love a creature," Von said.

"What will he do when he tries again," I said.

I looked at Van and Von waiting for my answer.

"No I will -- damn it - yes," I answered and took a deep breath.

"Yes," I repeated so Van smiled.

I stand.

"I'm leaving," I said coldly then turned away from them.

As I walked away, I was holding onto my chest. What does this ass make me feel like?
