C42 Help

I drove home. It was a tiresome ride.

"You can stay here tonight." I cleaned up a room, made the promise to stay here for the time being, and then left her. I went into the bathroom, took a shower, and went back to bed.

I don't know how long I slept, but I was awakened by a loud noise. It sounded like a fight. Who was fighting at night?

I jumped off the bed and walked out of the bedroom. Tang Yufeng and Mu Hua were currently fighting. I saw that the situation was bad and hastily went to the middle of the room to stop them.

"What's going on, why are you two fighting?"

Tang Yufeng's face was gloomy as she said, "This ghost actually dared to behave atrociously in my hall."

Mu Hua's face was also gloomy as he coldly said, "It's the Great Master who told me to live here. Who are you?!"

I hastily replied, "It's a misunderstanding! Madam is a friend of mine. She'll be leaving in a few days."

"Friend? I told you not to bring other girls home, but you actually brought me a ghost girl. "

"Alright, stop messing around. I'm already very tired." Mu Hua's figure flashed and returned to normal. He saluted and then floated into the bedroom. Tang Yufeng glared at me but didn't say anything. She turned into a red light and flew back into the tablet.

I breathed a sigh of relief. After what had just happened, I was no longer sleepy at all. He sat on the sofa in the living room until the sky gradually brightened.

I yawned and went into the bathroom to wash up. I promised to come out of my bedroom.

"Go wash up, and we'll go have breakfast."

"I'm so sorry to bother you." I left the house with Promised and took the elevator down to the noodle shop. I remember that today is the day of signing the contract. I will be going to the bank later to change the money and buy this shop.

"Where are we going later?" Saying so, he took a bite of the noodles.

I softly said, "Go find Guan Rou and help that ghost girl find her corpse so that she can reincarnate."

"Then what should I do? You brought me into the city and my grandpa is still waiting for me at home."

I whispered, "I'll send you back later."

After breakfast, I went to the police station with my promise. After waiting for a long time, I didn't see Guan Rou come out. After asking around, I found out that Guan Rou was on a mission and couldn't come back for a while.

I went to the bank to transfer the money to the old man, to take over the store, and then I bought some things for the paper making shop. After busying myself for the whole morning, I've pretty much finished.

Promise to help me busy, busy the whole morning.

"It's already 12. Let's go eat." Saying that, he curled his lips and sat on the chair with his hands covering his stomach.

I whispered, "Let's go. I'll treat you to some delicious food."

I went to a restaurant with my promise and ordered a table full of food. I promised to lower my head and start a whirlwind, as if I hadn't eaten in eight lifetimes.

I looked at the cleanly eaten food and was a little surprised to see her. "You don't have any food to eat at your house?"

Saying that, he wiped the corner of his mouth with a tissue, grabbed the drink and took a sip, patting his stomach in satisfaction.

"I'm sorry, I haven't eaten in two days."

"It seems like your family really doesn't have any food to eat." Promise feigned a pitiful look and said: "My grandfather and I have been relying on each other for many years, eating nothing but coarse vegetables.

"What does your grandfather do?"

"My grandfather was a coroner before. He was the one who examined corpses."

I was slightly stunned before I hastily asked, "Your grandfather is a coroner?"

In ancient times, there were four types of jobs, especially used to deal with dead people. My family's old man and the promised grandfather are two of them. I didn't expect them to be so fated.

I asked doubtfully, "Then will you be examined?"

He promised in a soft voice, "Of course I will. This is the work of my ancestors, and I can see ghosts as well."

"No wonder that ghost girl wanted to attach herself onto your body. I thought there was a reason."

Saying softly, "I see that you seem to have some ability. Is that a Taoist?"

"Do you think I look like a Taoist? My family's old man makes coffins and paper to stab people. He walks with your grandfather, he makes money for the dead." I looked at the time and saw that it was already afternoon. Guan Rou should be back by now. After I paid the bill, I returned home with my promise. The moment I stepped out of the elevator, I saw Guan Rou standing in front of my door.

"Where did you two go on a date?"

I helplessly said, "I plan to open a shop nearby. Have you finished dealing with your case?"

Guan Rou softly said, "En, it can't be that you want to talk to me outside the door, right?"

I opened the door and went inside. I poured three glasses of water and placed them on the coffee table. Guan Rou drank a few mouthfuls of water and said, "The matter from last night is not settled yet. How are you going to help that ghost girl find the body?"

"I can only ask her, how do I know where her body was buried?" Mu Hua's ghost floated out from her body, but she didn't faint from the promise this time.

Mu Hua respectfully said, "Master, I don't know where my corpse was buried."

This was going to be difficult. It was like looking for a needle in a haystack. Guan Rou and I promised that we would drive to the place where we were last night.

Guan Rou frowned and said, "How are we supposed to find them? There are no clues at all."

"If only you could tell us what happened next," he promised softly.

Mu Hua softly said, "I don't know what happened afterwards. I'm already dead, so how would I know?"

I smiled and ignored them. I pushed open the door and walked in. I remembered that the scene I saw was in this hall. The place where Mu Hua and Wang Jun were killed. Furthermore, Mu Hua had an Vajra Pestle stuck in her head.

"Take a look around. Corpses are usually held down by something, so let's see if there's any buddhist images." The three of us split up and looked around, but there was nothing else but some old, dusty furniture.

"We didn't find anything. Mu Hua, are you sure this is the place?" I returned to the main hall and asked Muhua in a soft voice.

Mu Hua softly said, "I died here. They set up an array formation here and didn't let me out. My corpse should be here too."

"That's not right. They sealed your soul here, but the body should have moved somewhere else." I think so. If she were to leave her corpse here, wouldn't that give her a chance to take revenge?

"What's at the back of the villa?" Guan Rou asked curiously.

Saying softly, he said, "Behind us is the unmarked cemetery, which is the fifth cemetery. If we go there to look for it, it will be very difficult."

I continued to ask, "Did you promise to live near here? Otherwise, would your grandfather help?"

"My home isn't far from here, it'll only take ten minutes. Then come with me, I'll talk to grandpa." The three of us walked out of the villa and down a muddy dirt road to a farmhouse. Vegetables were planted on both sides of the yard, and on the left were a stone table and a few stone stools.

An old man came out of the house with a cup of tea in his hand and placed the teapot on the stone table.

"Grandfather …" Hurry and open the door. " The old man looked at us, then came over and opened the door.

"Where did you run off to again, girl?"

"I went out and made two friends." I smiled and greeted the old man. The old man looked to be in his sixties, but he was quite spirited.

Guan Rou said softly, "Hello grandpa, I'm sorry to disturb you."

Promise said softly: "Grandpa, they want your help."

"Then let's talk after we enter the courtyard." Guan Rou and I entered the courtyard and sat on a stone bench. The old man glanced at me. His eyes were like daggers, causing me to feel uncomfortable all over.

He promised to pour two cups of tea and said, "Grandpa, this is Brother Liu, this is Sister Guan. They saved my life, so you have to help them."

The old man took a sip of his tea and slowly said, "I wonder if there is anything you need. As long as I can help, I will definitely help."

I explained the matter. After hearing it, the old man was silent for a while before he raised his head and said, "I've heard about this before. It was my grandfather who told me about it."
