C4 Beauty, You Have Fallen for Me!

As the gangsters heard the commotion, they all swiveled their heads to see a young man striding in from the mouth of the alley, his expression stern.

"Kid, you think you're in some kind of movie? Playing the hero to save the damsel?" sneered the thug with a scar, visibly annoyed at Wang Xiao's interruption. His glare hardened as he gestured to his cronies, "Give this kid a beating. Show him what the real world's like!"

The thugs' faces turned grim as they tightened their fists, ready to lunge at Wang Xiao.

"Hold on, you've got it all wrong!" Wang Xiao quickly interjected, raising his hands to halt their advance. He explained earnestly, "I'm not here to play the hero. I just saw you all having a blast and thought I could pick up a few tricks."

"Learn some tricks?"

The words hung in the air as the thugs paused, their fists suspended, exchanging puzzled glances, completely thrown off by Wang Xiao's remark.

The scarred thug was taken aback, but Wang Xiao didn't miss a beat, grinning mischievously, "It's my first time witnessing something like this. Of course, I want to observe and learn. We're birds of a feather, after all. Whatever's going down here, my lips are sealed. You do your thing. And hey, if there's a chance, I wouldn't mind getting a piece of the action."

Realization dawned on the scarred thug; this new guy was cut from the same cloth. His evil chuckle broke the tension as he clapped Wang Xiao on the shoulder, "So you're one of us! Why didn't you say so sooner? Relax, you've seen it, so you're in on it. How about you take the first crack?"

The other thugs' wary gazes softened, and they too let out sly chuckles.

"Oh, I couldn't possibly impose. You go ahead, big brother!" Wang Xiao deflected with a quick wave of his hand and a sly grin.

The scarred thug had only said it in jest—if Wang Xiao had taken him up on the offer, he'd have stabbed him without a second thought. But seeing Wang Xiao play along, he couldn't help but feel a sense of satisfaction. "Fine, I'll lead the way. You're up second."

When Ding Mengqi saw Wang Xiao enter from outside and call out to the scar-faced thug, she thought he was a good Samaritan coming to her rescue. Her heart swelled with relief, but that quickly turned to horror when she realized he was just there to claim his piece of the action.

Her hope was instantly crushed by despair.

"Beauty, just give in to me," the scar-faced thug leered at Ding Mengqi, his greasy hands reaching for her clothes.

Panic-stricken and pale, Mengqi tried to back away from his lecherous grasp, only to find herself trapped against a wall with nowhere to run.

"Am I really going to be violated by these villains tonight?" Mengqi's lips trembled as she bit them, her eyes filled with anguish, her face a mask of hopelessness.

"Big brother, hold on a second!"

Just as the thug's hand was inches from Mengqi's clothes, Wang Xiao intervened, blocking him once more.

"Kid, what's your deal? Wasn't it agreed that you'd be next?" the thug growled at Wang Xiao, his eyes blazing with fury, his face demanding an explanation or else.

"Big brother, your approach is all wrong," Wang Xiao said, shaking his head with a gravity that belied his words.

"And how else should I 'approach'?" the thug shot back, clearly annoyed.

"Brother, we're thugs, and thugs have their own style. What you did just now, how's that any different from a bandit's way? Coercion is an art form!" Wang Xiao's expression turned solemn, his gaze intense with a fervent gleam as if he was a believer in the midst of a sacred ritual.

"Oh? There are different styles to this? Do tell," the scar-faced thug said, his interest piqued for the first time about the nuances of thuggery, eager to learn from Wang Xiao.

It wasn't just him; even the gangsters trailing behind him were filled with curiosity. They had an epiphany that there was more to the thug life than met the eye—a certain scholarly aspect to it.

This jerk!

Ding Mengqi could hardly contain her fury as she watched Wang Xiao seriously discuss such matters right in front of her, her gaze seething with rage.

She made a vow: she would never forgive this jerk, even if it cost her life!

"Boss, take a good look at this chick. She's the picture of innocence, with eyebrows arched like crescent moons and eyes that sparkle like stars. Her nose is elegant, her lips a rosy red—she's a knockout. And her figure? Standing at 5'7", a 36D, with legs for days, she even has a delicate hint of lavender about her. But the cherry on top? She's pristine!"

Wang Xiao was blissfully unaware that Ding Mengqi had cursed him out hundreds of times in her mind. He pointed at her and described her to Brother Scar with utmost seriousness.

Brother Scar had never heard anyone paint such a vivid picture of a woman before. He was practically drooling just listening, and when Wang Xiao mentioned she was "very clean," his eyes sparkled with interest. He knew exactly what Wang Xiao was implying.

"Bro, how do I make my move on her with, you know, a touch of class?"

The scar-faced thug was eager, pressing Wang Xiao for advice.

"It's actually quite simple. I've boiled it down to one sentence. Lean in, and I'll fill you in," Wang Xiao told him earnestly.

"Spill it, spill it!" urged the scar-faced thug, leaning in with bated breath.

Wang Xiao looked at the thug before him, his eyes flashing with a steely glint, his voice icy, "Sorry, bro."

The thug was taken aback, puzzled by Wang Xiao's words, but a split second later, he got it.

Wang Xiao's right leg shot up, delivering a swift kick to the thug's groin.

Crack...

The sound of something shattering echoed through the air as the thug's eyes bulged and his face blanched. He dropped to his knees, curling up like a shrimp, wailing in agony.

"Ouch, that hurts!"

The other thugs were caught off guard by the sudden change. Hadn't their boss been getting along fine with this guy just moments ago? Why did the young man lash out so unexpectedly?

"What are you all gaping at? This brat's making fools of us. Take him down!"

Despite being curled up on the ground, the scar-faced thug barked orders through clenched teeth at his cohorts.

"You're not dumb, just a bit slow on the uptake!"

A smirk played on Wang Xiao's lips as he nonchalantly kicked the knife-scarred thug aside.

That's when the rest of the gang snapped to attention, their faces twisted with rage as they charged at Wang Xiao.

Their leader had been struck, their pride toyed with – it was an unforgivable insult!

They were determined not to let this kid off the hook today!

Brandishing butterfly knives, they converged on Wang Xiao from every direction, their aggression palpable.

Ding Mengqi was frozen in shock at the unfolding scene, her porcelain face registering utter disbelief.

It finally dawned on her that Wang Xiao wasn't the villain she thought he was; he had been toying with Scar and his crew all along.

The stark realization prompted her to take a second, longer look at Wang Xiao.

"Heh, like a mantis trying to stop a chariot, you're way out of your league!"

Wang Xiao's mouth curled into a slight smirk, his eyes brimming with contempt as he faced the oncoming thugs.

In the blink of an eye, as they closed in, Wang Xiao's legs tensed and he vanished from sight, only to reappear behind one of them.

The thug's face paled as he sensed Wang Xiao's presence and tried to turn, but Wang Xiao was quicker. His right leg shot out, striking the thug's waist and sending him flying.

Thud! Thud! Thud!

With his hands casually tucked in his pockets, Wang Xiao glided through the gang like a specter. Each lift of his leg sent another thug soaring through the air, his movements sleek and effortless, the epitome of cool.

Soon, the ground was littered with groaning thugs, each curled up and howling in agony, just like the scar-faced one.

Witnessing Wang Xiao dispatch the gang with such ease, Ding Mengqi's gaze shifted, now filled with a newfound respect.

Wow, so dashing!

In that moment, Wang Xiao slowly drew back his foot and pivoted to face Ding Mengqi, catching the glimmer in her captivating eyes. With a teasing grin, he quipped, "Gorgeous, your gaze is confessing—you've totally fallen for me!"
