C17 Married

When Zhang Yuqi heard Lu Zitian agree, she almost couldn't control herself from giving him a good kiss. Thankfully she still had some rationality left and didn't really do that.

The Lu Zitian also told her that they were to go to the Civil Affairs Bureau for getting their marriage certificates the next day at 10 am. Zhang Yuqi felt as if a storm had passed by. Within two days of meeting Lu Zitian, she was getting married to him. It was too fast! But, it also showed how efficient Lu Zitian was, even in matters like this.

Zhang Yuqi spent a restless night tossing and turning in her bed until she was exhausted and sleep took over. She felt speechless thinking of the course of events in her life. It was a huge change! But, hopefully a good one!

The next day, Lu Zitian picked up Zhang Yuqi from her home and drove to the Civil Affairs Bureau and within minutes, they walked out with two red booklets in their hands.

Zhang Yuqi peeked at Lu Zitian and saw that icy expressionless face, he was still so calm and unbothered as if nothing had happened. Then, she stared long and hard at the booklet in her hands, she was married to the man beside her. 'Wife'. Such an endearing term yet there was no love in it.

They reached the parking lot and Ye Chen opened the car door for them and greeted.

"Young Master, Young Mistress."

'Young Mistress'?

She took another look at the iceman beside her, his expression was as if this was normal. Still, she took the initiative.

"Ummm....that....you don't need to call me that, just use my name.", she smiled at Ye Chen.

Listening to his new mistress' remarks, Ye Chen felt giddy. Women from the whole country would kill to be called the Young Mistress of the Lu Family, yet here she was asking him to use her name? He hesitantly looked up to his Young Master, but he regretted it the moment he did so.

Lu Zitian's face was still expressionless, except that his jaw was clenched tightly. Ye Chen gulped. His Young Master only did this when he was angry.

"Young Mistress, you are Young Master's wife, calling you by your name is disrespectful. Please enter."

Ye Chen almost did a ninety degree bow at her. Then an unbelievable thought appeared in his mind. Was his Young Master jealous because his wife had asked his secretary to call her by her name but she did not speak to him at all?.....no...no.....this should not be the reason right?....Somehow the word jealous didn't suit his Young Master who was always so calm.

Yesterday he had almost been bent the other side when his Boss Lu came out of Zhang Yuqi's apartment with a victorious smirk, as if he had conquered a victory. Not even the 10 billion yuan government project Young Master Lu had clinched had made him this happy.

His boss was seriously too handsome!

Ye Chen asked, "Where to sir?"

Lu Zitian's thin lips parted, "Her apartment. Call packers."

"Yes sir."

Ye Chen swiftly dialed a number and told them Zhang Yuqi's address.

Zhang Yuqi who was silent all this time spoke up with a start. She looked at Lu Zitian with saucer-wide eyes.

"Packers? Why do we need Packers?"

"Move to my place."

"Your place? But we agreed to keep our marriage a secret. If I stay there, I......"

This was just an excuse for Zhang Yuqi. She actually couldn't muster up the courage to cohabit with this ice devil. What if he asked to sleep in the same bed?....Although it was normal for a married couple....moreover, today would be their wedding night!
