C2 Chapter 2 Mission Target

"Father," said a cold voice from a dark room.

The room was not big. There was only one door. Due to the light from the open door, one could see that there was only a single bed and a small table in the room. There was a glass cup on the table.

However, the blanket on the single bed was as white as brand new. It looked fluffy and soft. A man was sitting on it, and a large part of the blanket had sunk in.

An uninvited guest appeared in his room. The young man who came in was not surprised at all, as if he knew there was a person inside before he came in.

"You are back?" The man sitting on the bed crossed his legs and put his hands on his sides. He looked at his son as soon as he saw the door open.

Standing at the door was a tall young man with an eastern face. He answered expressionlessly, "Yes, father!"

What surprised people was the man called father. He had short hair, handsome wheat-colored skin, deep and spirited eyes, and a high nose bridge. Apparently, he had a western face.

His father looked at his son with satisfaction. He was proudest of his son in his life.

He was proud of his son. His son was his most capable subordinate. He was known as the most powerful weapon in the dawn.

The man called father smiled and said to the young man, "There's a new task. Take it and take a vacation!"

Then he took out the documents that were covered by his body and handed them to the young man.

"Yes, father!" The man didn't refuse. He took the information and started to read it. Although he had just left another mission, he hadn't closed his eyes for seven days and seven nights.

"Shu Han!" The western man called out a poetic name.

The man with the Oriental face had a very nice name. Although it wasn't given to him by his father, his father liked to call him Shen Shuhan.

Shen Shuhan, who was reading the information when his name was called, immediately looked up. "Father?"

"Don't be so tired next time!" The Western man sounded gentle, but maybe it was because he was cold all year round, so his gentleness was hard to notice. However, the man thought his son would understand.

"The mission has to be completed. I can't lose my father's face!" To the man's disappointment, Shen Shuhan answered in a very formal manner. Although this was what he wanted to say in his heart, it was always difficult to say such words without any expression on his face.

They were father and son, after all, and they both expressed their feelings with a blank expression on their faces, so that no one could guess what they meant, but neither of them was the kind of person who had the heart to read the thoughts of others, except for the mission objectives.

"Then I won't bother you any longer, and when you're done, let Caesar book you a ticket and go out and have a good time," and the Western man left the little room.

Shen Shuhan nodded but did not say anything. Whether or not he would go in the end was his own wish.

Shen Shuhan's gaze was focused on the information in his hand.

On it was a student who had just left school. He graduated from a famous design college and was called Al Klaus.

However, it was not as simple as it seemed. He was the only heir of a very powerful family. Now, he had inherited the family and had achieved a lot.

The man who had issued the mission had wanted to destroy the family while the handover wasn't complete, but he hadn't expected a young man like this, a man who hadn't accomplished anything before this, to run the family so well that no one could do anything about it.

But a man's life in front of the police had given him a chance to make a proper arrest, only to be foiled by a hospital certificate of mental instability.

The mission was to get rid of this man.

Shen Shuhan had done this kind of thing countless times, and in all the missions he had completed over the years, it was not easy at all.

As far back as he could remember, he had started his intensive training at the age of five, and his missions at the age of fifteen. All he had to do was complete them.

He had already gotten used to it!

After memorizing the information, Shen Shuhan casually threw it on the bed and pushed open a wall. Unexpectedly, there was a bathroom behind him.
