C13 Preparations Of The Charity Event

As Syanja entered the company. She saw someone coming towards her in a hurry. She ignored it and went to the reception. She was about to ask something, and someone called her from behind. She looked in the direction it was Robby, her manager.

"Mam, Mr. Hyun-Tae is calling you."

She nodded at him and started walking to the CEO's office. She managed herself and knocked on the door, after a while, she entered his office.

"Sir, do you call me?"

Hyun-Tae looked at her and nodded. She went close to him, he gave her a sign to sit with his finger fully focused on the laptop screen.

"So Syanja, do you know about Mr. Won?"

She looked at him confusedly for his sudden question.

"Yeah, I know. He is the one who manages events."

He nodded and looked at her.

"He is not well, he is on leave, and you know I forgot about the event which is on upcoming Saturday."

Syanja doesn't know what to say to him. She looked down and wondered why he called her here.

"I was thinking, why don't you manage this event?"

Her eyes widened and looked at him immediately.

"W-what? Me? Are you serious?"

Hyun-Tae looked at her with a serious look.

"Do you think I am joking?"

She looked down and heaved a deep breath.

"How can I? I don't know anything about it."

He stood up and went to the window looking out from it. He took a glance at her.

"I know you can, I can't trust others."

She was looking at her lap and playing with her fingers.

"Mr. Hyun-Tae, I'm sorry I can't, it is a very big responsibility."

Hyun-Tae went towards her and held her hand.

"Please, I know you can do it. Please do it for the sake of our company. We need you.."

Syanja looked at him for a few seconds and nodded in agreement.

"Thank you so much Syanja, you can go and continue your work, today's Wednesday we have two days at least."

She nodded and went out to the office. Hyun-Tae sighs and sits in his seat.

"Syanja, after two days I'm gonna tell you about my feelings."

He smiled and started his work again. As Syanja entered her office she closed the door and rushed towards her desk, Syanja heaved a deep breath.

"Why Syanja why? Why did you say yes to him?" Aghhhh I don't know what I got into. Why I never refused to help others."

She was so frustrated, she leaned her back to the seat and closed her eyes.

Saturday arrived sooner than Syanja had expected, today's the event which Hyun-Tae mentioned on Wednesday. Although these days Syanja had been a nervous wreck. Syanja was sleeping peacefully it was 7:00 A.M, her phone started ringing and she put a pillow on her face trying to hide. Syanja didn't want to go, she needed some time alone this weekend. Her phone is continuously ringing. She sat on the bed, made an annoyed face, and fake crying after looking at the caller Id. She calms herself before picking up the call. This is her boss.

"Goooooood Morning Syanja. Hope you are ready for today."

She rolled her eyes and hummed in answer.

She cut the call, threw herself on the bed, and put the blanket on her face, she yelled.

"Aggghhhhhhhhhhhhh"

Meanwhile, Hyun-Tae was a little shocked by her behavior, he wanted to say further but she didn't let him complete it. Hyun-Tae heaved a deep sigh and went to his closest to get ready.

Syanja steps out of her room after getting ready for her day. She is wearing a black shirt with blue jeans, she rolled her shirt's sleeves, her hair is open. She wears her sneakers, entered the kitchen. Mrs. Carton was making breakfast for them. Making Syanja frowned as she saw Mrs. Carton.

"Mrs. Carton, how was your vacation?"

Mrs. Carton looked back at her, and they shared a warm hug. Syanja broke the hug and sat on the dining table. Mrs. Carton's son came to the kitchen, greeted Syanja and his mother, and sat on the dining table. They all started eating their breakfast.

"So, how was your school doing Sui-Ta?"

He looked at her and gave her a bright smile.

"It's good, I am selected to the basketball team as a leader."

Syanja patted his head and took her phone. She called Mr. Lee and asked him to come early. As Syanja reached the Company. She looked at her main gate and heaved a deep sigh.

"Here we go."

As Syanja entered, her manager Mr. Gordon was waiting for her. She rolled her eyes and forced a smile.

"Miss Syanja, Mr. CEO was waiting for you."

She nodded and went towards Hyun-Tae's office. A small knock on the door caught Hyun-Tae's attention, his lips curved a small smile like he knew who was on the door.

"Come in."

Hyun-Tae is always calmly permitted. Syanja steps into the office and closes the door behind her. Hyun-Tae's gaze landed on her as she bowed to him. He smiled and asked her to take a seat.

"So Syanja, are you ready?"

He asked her with a bright smile on his lips. She nodded her head a little and forced herself to smile, little did she know she was not ready for it.

"Syanja, tell everyone to come to the conference hall for the meeting."

She nodded and stood up, she stepped out of the Hyun-Tae office. After visiting Hyun-Tae's office they went to the hall for a small meeting. There were workers, who were going to work in event management. As Hyun-Tae entered the conference room everyone bowed to him. Hyun-Tae smiled at him brightly.

"Good Morning Everyone, as you all know why we held a little meeting. You all have to work hard as always."

He continued his conversation with his deep voice making the conference hall echo his voice. His deep voice can attract anyone easily to him.

"So hope you'll do your best now."

They all nodded and Hyun-Tae patted Syanja's shoulder, making her flinch. She took a glance at Hyun-Tae who was smiling at her.

"So Syanja, hope you won't let me down."

He asked more than informing her. She nodded and they both stepped out of the conference hall. After one hour they reached the place. All of them went out to the bus and waited for Syanja. Syanja came with her manager and Driver Mr. Lee. Mr. Lee opened the door for her, she got out of the car and joined her team.

"Okay everyone stays in touch don't remove your headphones and miss your Wookie Tookie"

They all entered the place and started working. She spread them into four teams, Lights Decoration team no 1, Flowers Decoration no 2, food preparation team no 3, guest checking no 4. Each team has at least 10 members.

"Team 3 come with me, and others go in."

Syanja ordered them and all of them nodded at her.

Team 3 followed Syanja and others went inside the place. They all started work.

They all have been working since 09:00 A.M now it's 2:00 P.M. Syanja was checking the management of the entrance, and suddenly a big black car stopped in front of her. Her gaze went in the car's direction. She glanced at the car and looked back to the entrance.
