I can’t get over how absolutely airheaded, stupid, disgustingly coquettish, and just annoying the female lead is here. I wanted to slap her and really can’t figure out how this person is supposedly so attractive. I found the plot description of her as greedy, no EQ, willing to use elite’s money…annoying greedy pretend to be sweet innocent tramp. Yuck. Something instantly put me off reading. Sorry. Couldn’t do it.
