"James, had Erica lost her memory? "Alice was the first to raise her doubt.

" Let me examine her carefully " , said James.

And then he took his sthethoscope and started checking her body.

He then asked some questions related to her past.

Erica was stupefied by his questions. She then said apologetically "Sorry, I think you people have found the wrong person. You people have called me by my correct name i.e Erica.But other than this name nothing is correct what you spoke about me. I am not the person you people are taking about".

James and Alice stood there speechlessly for a minute unable to do anything.

At this moment the door was creaked open and a man came in. Erica looked towards the door and was stunned for a moment.

The man who came in had a pair of slender legs, well build arm, a wide chest , a sharp chin. The handsome appearance of this man can even topple the male models who walk on a ramp.

Erica swore that she haven't seen a man more charming and sexy than this man.

But he has a pair of dark eyes which seems to be like an endless abyss. His expression was so cold that it could freeze anything that brushed past him.

He walked towards her and stood in front of her. By seeing her unconcealed infatuation towards him, he let out a sneer. Erica was awakened by his contemptuous expression and she was so embarrassed that she thought of hiding inside a hole.

She then let out a dry laugh and apologized , "Sorry sir, what can i do for you?"

Hearing her addressing strangely, he frowned for a moment. Then he raised his eyebrows and asked " What sort of new tricks are you playing now? "

By hearing the question from the man, Erica looked at him doubtfully and asked " Sir, do I know you?"

The man was also felt something was amiss and looked towards James.

After understanding his intentions, James said " I think Erica has lost her memory ".

The man was stunned for a moment and then sneered.He looked towards Erica and said " Don't think that I don't know you. Is this a new way to seek my attention? "

Erica looked at the conceited man weirdly and asked Alice " Who is he? Why is he talking to me like that? Do you know him?"

Alice was quiet for a moment and replied,

"This is your husband David ."

" What? "

Erica screamed at the same moment.

She was stupefied for a moment as she looked towards James , Alice and David. There was already this two people who claimed as her friend was already not less now another husband popped out.

She cannot say what she is feeling right now. Even if the man called David is super handsome, she can say that he doesnt seem to like her so much. And that is none of her concern. Now she needs to know what exactly is happening.

She then looked towards Alice and said, "Could you please take me to the washroom?"

Alice nodded and supported her to washroom. After entering the washroom, she closed the door and went near the wash basin stand by taking the support from the wall. Then she washed her face and looked at the mirror which was in front of the basin.

"Ahh.................. ",

A sudden scream from the washroom made the three people in the ward look towards the washroom door.

Alice and James quickly went near the washroom door and asked " Eri, are you alright? Why are you screaming? Have you tripped accidentally".

Meanwhile in the bathroom:

Erica was so shocked that she felt she was dreaming. Because the face which she saw in the mirror was not hers. She looked at those fair and beautiful face in the mirror with her mouth agape.

Even though her original face was as beautiful as the face in the mirror, but it was not her face.

Could someone had done plastic surgery to her while she was in coma?

No, no....How stupid?

If that was the case, then this face would have clear cut marks. But it seems to be so pure and white. It was as if water could be squeezed out from a single pinch.

After contemplating for a while, her mind flashed with a bold idea and her face turned pale.

Oh my God......

Could it be that she has been reborn?

And her soul seems to be transmigrated to this body. She hasn't expected this reborn kind of plot which is actually seen in drama to actually happen to her.

"What should I do now? ", she mumbled to herself.

I need to actually analyse the situation before taking any action. Now she could not reveal her true identity to anyone. This can only makes things more complicated.

" Let me hide about this for a while and when the chance comes, I can escape from here", she thought to herself.

"Eri, Eri are you alright? If you don't open the door, we will knock down the door now"?.

Erica was awakened from her thoughts after hearing James' anxious voice from the other end of the door.

She immediately responded " Wait, I am alright. You guys don't worry".

Alice was confused and the asked " Are you sure? Then why did you scream now"?.

Erica face palmed and then replied "Oops sorry, actually I saw one cockroach here and reflexively shrieked out. Now it's okay, it is gone. You guys don't worry. I will come out now".

Alice and James don't know whether to cry or laugh .

David who witnessed all this just had a look of disdain. Let me see how long you can act your game of losing memory. He thought to himself.
