C8 S city, her dream city

In the car, Erica tried to sit as far away from David. In order to not see his annoying face she sticked her face to the window and looked at the scenery that flashed past the car.

David who noticed her tiny movements from the side snorted coldly. Earlier she used to find all sort of methods to cling by his side. But now she is trying to be distant with him. He was really not used to it.

After a few minutes the car rode onto the main road. She was instantly attracted by the huge developed city. Even though the place where she resided earlier was a good developed one, but it could not be compared to the one she is passing through.

Huge skyscrapers, malls were on one side and even some of the limited edition cars which she has not seen in her entire life was floating through the road coolly.

She was curious to know what the name of the city is. Instantly she looked straight at the driver and asked, "Elder brother, what is the name of the city".

Driver who was focussed in his drive was instantly stunned. "Why was young madam asking such a strange question? And who is this elder brother, other than young master and him there seems to be no one in the car. So the question is surely directed to him", driver was full of thoughts.

David also raised his eyebrows after hearing her question. "Had she really lost her memory? An acting person shouldn't act so dumb right? Let's see what she is upto",

David thought to himself.

Not getting a reply from the driver Erica called out, " Elder brother, do you hear me?"

Driver snapped out of his daze and immediately replied, " Young...Young madam , this is the S city of M nation".

"What................"

Erica was so surprised that she screamed on the spot. Hearing the roar the driver was so scared that he almost bumped the car onto another one.

David was also stunned, "What are you screaming for? "

Erica who came to her senses understood that she had lost control and quickly apologized, " I am sorry. I quickly thought of something. It's not important, leave it". She diverted their attention.

"Oh God, what did I heard just now? S city..... The number one commercial city of the country. And this was her dream city.

The city which I yearned to continue her profession.

This is the first good news I heard after her rebirth. That girl Alice when describing me about the situation forgot such an important piece of information. I will see her later on". Noticing her strange smile David also felt as if something was off.

He felt as if he was totally going crazy these days to think about her again and again. Then the car regained it's normal tranquility. Soon it arrived at a high class district. All the houses of this district was on par with each other.

It seems like many powerful and famillies in the city reside here.

Soon car stopped in front of the gate of a luxurious villa and the guards opened the gate for them.

The car soon slid past the gate and arrived infront of a villa. Erica got down from the car and stood infront of the luxurious villa.

"Surely , the rich people are really lucky", she thought and sighed in her heart. She then surveyed the surroundings. There is a huge lawn infront of the villa. A few bushes are also present on the front yard. Sound of birds chirping could also be heard. "Seems like the this area and it's owner are opposite in nature. If one is cold, then the other one is warm", she thought to herself and laughed.

David who was beside her noticed her smile raised his eyebrows and asked,

" What are you laughing at?"

Erica instantly withdrew her smile and turned to look at him and said arrogantly while folding her hands, " Nothing, it's something that certain people could not understand. Just leave it".

After that she turned around and was about to step into the home.

Suddenly a huge force pulled her backwards and she instantly fell into a certain embrace. She started to struggle violently by yelling, "Leave me, what are you doing. If you don't leave I will scream out".
