What does the synopsis even say???

Ok, I’ve read 6 chapters and if you don’t have a firm grasp of English, you will become lost by all the pronoun errors, name errors, and crap translation. Even as a native English speaker, I can only grasp a basic understanding of the storyline.
The FL married the ML. He was forced to marry her because of what he thinks is her & her family’s schemes (not clear on the details, but seems like the usual). She loves him, he hates her & loves some other girl.
