C18 Chapter

ARIEL

I didn’t see him all day. It was past eight and he hadn’t been downstairs yet.

I decided to ask the guard that is right outside my door.

“Is Alan back yet?”

“Yes, he is. However, he won’t be seeing anyone.” The guard said and I turned back to my room.

I spent the day not worrying about him by reading and making sure I answered all of my questions right. I even did extra reading
