Everything had to start from fresh for her and Adams was sure to make that happen.

After yesterday he had gotten to one of the best hair and make-up he knew who worked and styled even the celebrities he paid her to come to his condo to make Topaz look like one of the girls from the magazine.

She looked surprised when she saw the kind of person who had been brought to change her look she couldn't believe what she had done to deserve such perfect treatment from him because he was more than loving towards her and even without having the bruises on her body with the way he was treating her she knew he would have helped her somehow even without wanting her to be his baby mama and contracted wife.

"Now I want you to make her look pristine and model like Alexa," he told the hair stylist and the won shook her head and began working.

Adams left the room to go attend to a business call and when he was done with the call he came back in and told her he had to go attend to some meetings hence he would be back in the evening to have dinner and check up on her.

"Okay, I would be waiting," she responded and he left but not without kissing her on the jaw probably to show those in the room that she belonged to him she couldn't understand why he had done that but if she had complained it would have raised suspicions as to the kind of relationship they were working at.

While driving he handmade a phone call to the lawyer to draft out the terms and conditions of their contract because he had to make sure everything was topnotch confidential and also for it to favour both him and Topaz because he was rich and considered arrogant and didn't warrant him taking advantage of her the poor girl had already suffered enough domestic violence to last her a lifetime.

Speaking of her husband he had somehow decided it was okay to find the young man and teach him a lesson for dealing with such an innocent soul poorly as he did. He had not told Topaz yet because he knew if he didn't with the way she was scared of her husband she was going to refuse him from doing that.

After having his meeting with the lawyer he decided it was time to return home because he was exhausted from work.

It was surprising how for the past two days his mother had not called him or disturbed him for one thing or another so he simply just waved it off he was going to see her the next day as for now he had more pressing issues on the ground which needed him to be present.

So he took his car once again and blasted it with a soothing sound as he drove back home.

"I didn't do anything wrong it was just a kiss to the cheek unless you wanted it on your lips we can do that now you know"?" he said moving even closer to her as she was slowly backing and when she finally hit the wall and knew she had nowhere to run to the then decide to surrender.

"Okay fine I am sorry I smacked your arm please forgive me and do not kiss me on the lips," she said covering her mouth which only left him into a huge roar of laughter at her childish antics about not wanting to be kissed by him.

"I won't kiss you but don't tease me about kissing you it's all for a public show and we need to make it look real for everyone to see if we want to make it official in some days or weeks or months to come alright?" he assured her and she accepted and told him she had understood every bit of what he had said and all of a sudden she was hungry and decided to take up on his offer to get her dinner as a couple she was craving for a particular kind of fish and when she told him he told her it was done she just needed to change her clothes and then they would be off to the restaurant so she could eat and have whatever she wanted to her fill.

He laughed at how she squealed her way into her bedroom to change into something more befitting to go out aside from her tank tops and bum shorts although he wasn't complaining because of course who was going to complain about a sexy ass like that?

After dinner, they drive and came back and disperse in front of their adjacent facing doors with him reminding her they had to meet his lawyer a day after tomorrow to finalise their contract and then he would introduce her to his parents in the upcoming week and she smiled at him and entered her room and closed her door deciding not to take another bath since she had done so before they went out.
