C2 "Tears of Yesterday"

Jane went over to her best friend’s room, where she collected three local movies, while she teased her,

“Woman you prefer watching movies alone with that your hostel boyfriend who doesn’t talk to anyone?” she joked, Jane laughed. “Does it concern you?” she asked and rolled her eyes. she sighed playfully..

Bella was her very good friend, and the only girl who really knew much about her lifestyle, but however, she had one problem. “she was a guy freak, who easily fall for guys and engage in ungodly activities”.

Though she already had suffered a lot in their hands, she still kept on giving herself away so easily. She was living with her guy Josh, who equally was the person who helped Jane secure her hostel accommodation. Notwithstanding she was a very nice girl with a soft nature, who sacrificed her happiness for others.

With three “C.D Plates” in Jane hand, she walked straight to Lawrence room. He happily let her in, devouring her with his eyes as she settled down.

She sat on the floor and watched the movies, hoping he would make advances once again. She knew, her behavior appeared desperate, but she did what she did because she had to. She just sat and waited with a pounding heart.

She was watching the last movie when she noticed him sit beside her on the floor, with two bottles of coke and a packet of crackers biscuit, which made her smile to herself, as she focused all her attention on the movie which was showing on his television……“Jane here is cola drink” he managed to joke while she smiled, and looked at him in appreciation. They ate the biscuit and drank the coke in silence, as she returned her focus back to the movie once again.

He later held my hand gently, which really made me look at him with surprise, and he appealed to me with his eyes.

“Please accept me into your life, I'm not a bad person, i promise and swear to keep your dignity and respect intact, i truly love you” he begged. “Really?” she asked, while he held her hand strongly. “I swear” he answered. She rolled her eyes and said nothing. “Please answer me” he pleaded desperately.

Seriously seeing Lawrence beg her, really gladdened her heart, but she just pretended as if he was disturbing her peace.

“What do you want me to say again?” she asked, while he drew his face closer to hers.

“Please just say yes” he whispered. She looked into his eyes and saw love, desire and honesty in it, but she controlled herself and looked away. “Just give me time, i will think about it” she replied.

But surprisingly and out of nowhere, he drew closer to her and gave her a tight hug, this she received while she closed her eyes. But she soon got herself and gently pushed him away, while he looked at her gratefully, and with shinning eyes.

“I have never felt this way before, thank you” he said, while she looked away and closed her eyes briefly, because she equally felt something strong when they hugged, which she have never felt for any guy before, not even her Ex..

She was unable to concentrate on the remaining part of the movie she was watching after the hug, because all her thoughts were now on him, and even though she was the one who pushed him away, she still wanted him to hug and hold her closer to himself, but then she had to control herself, because she's nothing but an humble girl who has her pride and dignity to protect, and so she stood up minutes later, while he stared at her with his innocent face which always make Jane lose focus. “Let me go and sleep, I’m so tired” she said to him with a smile, while he equally stood up as well and held my hand.

“Will you come once you are through with your sleep?” he asked with a pleading face, while she looked down.

“I will try” she replied, but instead of letting her go, he drew closer to her, and hugged her again, while her soul melted. She immediately fled his room without looking back.

As Jane lay on her bed that evening, she was battling with her thoughts and emotions, as she prayed for him to be real, because she really do not want to repeat the mistake she made with her Ex, who had equally looked so honest when she first met him, and so in love, she was with him then, that she freely gave him her virginity.

Tears fell off her eyes as she remembered how he took her most precious asset, she swallowed hard as she bit my lips in regret. She knew she could never get over that trauma, because she knew the pain she passed through that fateful night. she thought he really loved her, just because he looked decent and said those words she wished to hear, she guess that’s one problem every girl faces, because they never really can tell or know the guy who really loves them truly. Moreover, they all appear good and decent at first sight, that you won’t really see the wolf in him, if you also do have feelings for him which will then blind you from his faults and before you know what, he’s had his way with you and it’s already too late.

His thoughts really drew much tears from her eyes that evening, and before she knew what was happening, she was already crying deeply, as her mind played back on how she lost her pride to Jackson.

It’s really something that touched her soul, spirit and body, but she didn’t know it was just a game to him. Her lost pride inflated Jackson ego. The spirit of entitlement came over him while Jane was feeling inferior as the day went by. Jackson nurtured and care for her so well all to get between her legs. She remembered again and burst into tears.
