“Alice ...” Precious called with a slightly surprised face

“Can I sit here?” Alice asked, still coldly.

Precious nodded her head as a sign she allowed Alice to sit next to her. Alice immediately sat next to Precious, but they did not immediately speak and just kept quiet until it made the atmosphere awkward.

“What are you doing alone here?” Alice asked
