"No, we broked up", she said without any emotion.

Hearing this, Ryan got shocked but he continued his driving.

Sara was feeling strange after seeing that small girl. It's like seeing herself in that child's state.

It reminds her past when she begged her father not to leave her. She took a deep breath and decided to help her in any other way.

She came back to reality when Ryan snapped his hand in front of her face...

"Hey... What happened?", he asked with a confused look.

" Nothing", she said.

They went straight to the company to handle some works meanwhile Ryan went to his cabin to finish his works.

INSIDE AMBER GREYSON'S CABIN

"So, what's the current situation David?", she asked her mom's loyal secretary in his early 20's

" Due to this accident, some of our projects are kept on hold and shareholders are trying to step back", David said in a worried tone.

"Why they suddenly want to drop out", Sara inquired.

" It's like some shit gossips are spreading. Like it's our mistake that we didn't provide enough safety measure for workers and our negligence and even some other shitty talks", David said getting irritated of those talks.

" Uhhh.. These rumours are bullshit ..It's an accident. Moreover, we are the one who suffers a lot. Then why the hell the shareholders are backing off at this crucial time ", Sara asked.

" Because they are afraid to lose their remaining shares Sara", David acknowledged it.

"We have to quickly find out some way and try to stop this as soon as possible", Sara declared.

"You mean ??", David asked getting confused.

"First, we have to stop those shareholders from dropping out.

Arrange a meeting with them by tomorrow and also with client's who wants to hold their projects", she said.

" And can you please mail me the current project details?", she added further.

He nodded and said with a smile plastering on his face, "I will always be there for you. Don't worry Sara "

After David left she took the name plate and caressed the name on it " AMBER GREYSON. She saw and instantly few drops of tears danced on her eyes.

She kept it at the same place and left from the office...

Sara went to Ryans cabin. He saw her presence and took his files, car key and a paper bag with him.

While driving, he handed the paper bag to her.

She took it from him and saw two packets were there

What is this ? " she asked him.

" You didn't even have breakfast...

Have it", he said while turning the steering.

Sara opened it and saw a veg sandwich she had few bites and fed him too..

After eating She asked him to stop near an internet cafe to have a talk with him regarding her constant thoughts.

We went inside and ordered some cold coffee. Meanwhile said everything to him which happened earlier in the hospital.

Ryan was shocked hearing what she said but partially he felt happy for her brave act and at the same time she crash his dreams by saying,

"Ryan , I want to adopt that child", Sara mumbled getting nervous.

" You are kidding, right? " Ryan said and laughed out.

But her expression looks somewhat serious. He was stunned for a while and shouted at her,

" Are u mad?? You know what you're talking about. You can't just adopt anyone like that .. It's not an easy job and that to your single "

"I don't know why but I don't want to abandon that child's future. I want that child to be in a safer place. I see me in her " , she said getting disturbed.

"It's not easy like what you think Sara... You know what the consequences you will face being a single parent and what will our society speak. You know about it right? "

" I know but I don't give a damn about it Ryan.. please help me " , she said with a pleading tone ..

"No, you cant.. Think before you take your step Sara. I will not support you for this." , He said cutting her off.

Soon our orders came. Sara became silent hearing his thoughts. But something which disturbs her mind and heart. It's like a one-one wrestling fight.

Ryan paid their bill and left from that place.

The drive was as usual silent . She didn't talk a word to him but scoffed like a child whenever their eyes meet.

"I must say she looks cute but I can't fulfil this dream of her even if she is on hunger strike. I don't care about it." Ryan muttered to himself.
