C13 His Heart Began to Sink

The place where Jolene lived was a two-story apartment in a small district with a small garden. There was a fence made of iron and it was raining, so no one noticed the fainted Jolene in the rain.

This scared Jolene. Seeing that Mrs. Jones was covered in bruises and groaning in pain, she panicked and did not know whether to help her or not. She could only call the ambulance.

Fortunately, he picked up the call and came back even faster than the ambulance.

Jolene anxiously followed behind him, but she hesitated whether she should get in the car or not. Sawyer had said that she was not allowed to touch his things.

When he finally arrived at the hospital, Mrs. Jones had already passed out from the pain. Sawyer became even more anxious. He picked up the plump Mrs. Jones and ran towards the emergency room, shouting, "Doctor, doctor, come and save her!"
