C16 We won't meet

The man drew my sword from the water and covered it in a black cloth. "Child, so let me enable you to show off," he said. I gave a light nod and reached for my weapon, but he stopped me. "It's fine if you keep it here." "No one is going to come here," he said. I fixed my gaze on him. I think I can put my faith in this man. I responded, "OK, then." I followed the man while holding Elizabeth's hand. He escorted us out of the church. I looked around and saw the church's backyard. There were a few people working there. I saw a lot of cats as well. That man said, "Elizabeth." "You may play with them," he replied with a smile, pointing to the cats. Elizabeth nodded with a smile. She stared at me. Is she asking for my approval? I flashed her a brief smile and nodded. Elizabeth bolted towards the kitties. I smiled faintly as I watched her. "She is a sweet girl," said that man suddenly. When I heard him, I shifted my sight away from her and asked about the major topic. "So, what should I call you?" "Are you a priest?" I asked. "You may call me Father," he remarked with a smile. "So, tell me, father, what do you know?" I asked. He smiled faintly when he heard me. We were strolling through a small garden. "I just know what I saw and I'm telling you," he said. "But about you," he murmured, his gaze falling on me. "But as for you, I'm still perplexed," he remarked. "You don't have to know anything about me," I murmured, narrowing my gaze. "Just explain how the nuckelavee got here." "Will you believe me if I say someone summons him?" he said, a smirk on his face.

He's highly skeptical, and now that it's becoming dark, I promised Kazia that we'd be back shortly. But I just accepted his dinner invitation. I'm not sure how Mr. Alex will handle this situation. "Father, I never thought you would be the father of this church when I first met you. Something unexpected happens around us sometimes. "If you recognize him or her, please give me his or her name," I said, smiling. He chuckled when he heard me, "Haha." Then he turned to face the sky and remarked, "Let's go eat dinner, it'll be evening." You should go as well. He said, "I can't keep you here for much longer." I halted and returned his stare as he moved ahead of me. I called her simply "Elizabeth." She was having fun with the kitties. She dashed towards me after hearing me.

We eventually found ourselves in a run-down cabin with the father.

The opposing viewpoint.

At the fort in the south.

"Did you summon me, uncle Wyiner?" Evan asked as he entered the chamber. Wyiner was looking over some documents. "Yes, Evan," I replied. I got up and put on my coat. He asked, "Are you going somewhere uncle?" I stepped out of the chamber, carrying my sword sheath. Evan was following me as well. "What's the matter, uncle?" Evan asked. "Evan," I said, "I think I need to travel to the northern side." Evan asked, "northern side?" "Yes, I didn't tell you about it because of your illness," I said. Evan came to a halt there. I returned his stare.

"Uncle, are you playing cold with me?" Evan asked. "What are you saying?" I said, my eyes narrowing. "So, uncle, why didn't you inform me about this?" "Am I now truly unworthy?" Evan asked. "Evan, you're misunderstanding me right now," I murmured as I approached him. "Then why didn't you say something to me?" Evan remarked, "You didn't even tell me where Max is, and now you're going on a dangerous mission without telling me," I breathed deeply. "Oh no, it's not about that. If I told you then you wanted to join me, you would say yes. and now is the time for you to relax. "I can't make you do it," I said. Evan dropped his gaze with a sorrowful expression. "Evan, you and Max are really valuable to me." "And who will take care of this side if you go with me as usual? " I said. "However, I've heard the northern side is becoming ever more aggressive." "How could you simply go there like this?" Evan asked. "Guys, it's our job to keep people safe." For this reason, God sends us. "How's your hand, by the way?" I asked. "It's a lot better now," Evan said. "Uncle, who's going with you?" he asked. " Yean will join me." You know I can't bring Beneth with me. ""He's still figuring it out," I said. "So, are you going today?" he asked. I said, "at night?" Evan asked, "Can't you wait for Maxilin?"

Wyiner’s aside.

That's something I thought, Evan. But I haven't received any messages from him, and I'm not sure how long I'll have to wait. because it is so critical. It would be terrible for our cause if I arrived late. The longer I delay, the more territory they will take. I hope Maxilin is doing well as well.

The opposing viewpoint.

He escorted us to the hidden chamber after we finished our supper. Everything was packaged and given to me by a young boy. When I picked up my sword, I saw how bright it was. The blade appeared to be sharpening itself. I kept it safely tucked down in my sheath.

"Thank you for the supper, father," I said as we walked together.I grabbed Elizabeth and mounted her on the horse's back. "Child, I want to say one more thing to you," Father remarked with a smile. " Do not eat anything after returning home. It will be detrimental to your health." I tightened my eyes when I heard him. What made him say that? I gave him a long stare. Then I heard the sound of my Hawki. I raised my eyes to the sky. "Go son, you have no time," the father responded. " else, you'll be quite late." I took a long breath and nodded softly. Whatever it is, my heart is drawn to him for some reason. "See you soon, father," I replied as I mounted the horse. As I already stated, I placed my sabaton on the stirrups and departed from there.

That man was staring in Maxilin's direction. He mumbled, "I don't think we'll meet again, boy," and then a dreadful sound erupted from behind him.
