"Lexin..." My eyes widened in surprise. "What are you doing here?"

I took a step backward and gradually averted my gaze away from her then, washed my hands. I could feel how my heart pounded in nervousness due to her sudden appearance. It's scary how her presence affects me and god... Of all places and time, why here?

In a bathroom. Me and her, alone in this five-star hotel bathroom.

I saw her on my peripheral vision locking the door. When I heard the click sound confirming that she secured it, I turned off the faucet and grabbed a tissue. I tried to be calm outside to not give her an idea yet, I couldn't still bring myself to look at her.

"I was calling you," she answered casually. Then, she walked towards the sink. "I had a meeting held upstairs, I thought I saw you going in here, so I followed you to confirm my hunch and I was right."

"What a coincidence, then." Dumb, Aya. "I was having fun with friends. I left my phone so I wasn't able to answer your calls."

This time, I gathered all my courage to look at her through the mirror which made me drawn to a deep sigh. She was staring at me! I took a harsh breath and blink twice.

"Uh... I should go," I said in a low voice.

What happened earlier made me question my decision the other night. And now, I honestly don't know if I should act like she was a stranger to me, or act like a normal girlfriend. It was confusing... We made that agreement while we were in Summerville, now that we're here in the city, I kinda wanted to back out.

Also, when she said that she wasn't the Lexin I know in the province, I was in fury. So, maybe I shall treat her like a stranger then.

"I told you to come home," she was calm. "Yet you chose to run away and party, Amaia."

I let out a sarcastic smile. "I came here for you. However, you chose to be arrogant, telling me that you're not the Lexin I know in the province. Well, I thought why would I come to you if that's the case?"

She closed her eyes shortly. "I was busy..."

I shrugged. "You promised..." I throw the used tissue in the bin. "You promised, Lexin."

"I was busy, Aya..." she insisted. "Something urgent came up and I can't put it off just because of you."

My lips parted slightly.

I felt like my heart was cut in half because of her words. Right... I certainly understand our relationship. We never talk about boundaries and that was something we should talk about yet, we didn't. I was right...

We were carried away by our emotions at that time. My mind was distorted that night, so I said yes. I never complained, I just agree without thinking of consequence. I let my heart decide for me for the reason that I was in glee, and that I was afraid that it might fade away.

It has been years since the last time that I felt satisfied. Maybe, I was too excited to think of anything that night.

"Oh, okay..." My lips shivered. "I think it's better to break off our agreement, yes?"

Just because of me. It doesn't hurt at all...

She pursed her lips. My eyes were settled on her through the mirror, trying to smile to pretend that her words didn't affect me.

"I think we were both not ready for that," I told her straight. "We have our own priorities and being in a relationship isn't one of those. Even if we continue this, we will still end up breaking apart, Lexin. We were carried away by night, so let's just forget it."

"Aya..." She faced me with her puzzle expression. "I'm sorry for what I've said. I was pissed that you disobeyed me."

Shaking my head, I checked my reflection in the mirror. Making sure that I looked fine before leaving the comfort room.

"I'm not your slave," I corrected. "Let's forget it, Lexin. What happened in Summerville will stay there, alright?"

"Don't let your rage decide for you," she pointed out. That made me face her. "I know you're angry. Just like me, earlier, I was pissed so I threw those words at you and it wasn't right. It's my fault, I admit."

My brows shot up. Now she's justifying her actions using her feelings, huh. I watch her sighed, perplexed. That was when my eyes went down to examine her physically. She was wearing a black sequin halter neck mini dress.

The glitters shone as she moved, but that's not it. I didn't let her distract me. Not now, not in this serious situation.

"Let's talk about it in a more private place, Aya."

"There's nothing to talk about." I grabbed my purse that was resting on the counter and smiled at her bitterly. "You'll say nice things, then tomorrow, you will probably forget it and act differently again."

I swallowed the lump in my throat.

Something tugged inside me as I walked past her, but I'm only a few steps away from her when she grabbed me by my wrist, then pinned me against the countersink. She put her palms on the side not giving me a way to escape, even her leg was in between mine to keep me in place.

Shock crossed my face at her sudden move.

"Lexin!" I'm sure she could see how my pupil narrowed because of surprise!

"I will not let you walk away from me like that," she whispered. Her mint breath fanning my face. She got more closer, our bodies feeling each other's warmth as she stared at me while I was lost in hers.

I breathed heavily. "Let go of me."

Smirking, she pushed her leg in me making me catch my breath.

"Make me, Aya. Make me," she said and with that, she pressed her lips against mine.

The moment I felt her soft lips, I gave in.

I don't know what came over me. I know I shouldn't, but I didn't protest and willingly answer her subtle kisses. I should probably push her away, but I can't. Instead, I sneaked my hands around her nape as our lips moved in sync while I let her hold my waists, squeezing me tight.

Pushing her closer to me, I thrust my tongue inside her. I sucked and tasted every corner of her mouth like it was the best meal that I have ever had. I could feel her hand running through my slit red dress, caressing my legs back and forth as she answered my kisses with fervent need.

She just smirked and kissed me again. Then, her lips went to my jaw, showering it with little kisses before she lapped my skin on my neck, hard enough to leave her traces. I wanted to stop her but how can I when her hands were wandering all over my body?!

Tilting my head, I bit my lower lip. "Lex... Seriously, in a public bathroom..."

She just let out a small laugh before pulling my dress just above my waist, then helped me sit on the counter. She stopped for a while and stared at me with desire in her eyes.

I wanted to avert my gaze but her eyes were not letting me. With my lips slightly part open, I leer at her with the same ferocity. I know she could see the lust in my eyes because that's what I'm feeling right now!
