This chapter takes the cake. Why would they keep someone who is part of a prophecy in a town beside the town of their enemy? How can the other hear her thoughts? I thought they took a bus to the library, yet they mention having to take a cab to a bus stop? Why not take the cab home? If the blood was so easy to notice. Why did she go after the injured one, shouldn’t she have been able to smell her blood since it wasn’t washed because of the injury?
